Store number 249 on highway 92 Woodstock Ga 30188. Hours 9:00 am. They never are open it is now 9:20 am Friday and still not open. I have seen 20 folks potential customers come an leave. 4/12/2019 setting in front store hours posted still not open need get reliable staff.

I love the fact any supplies I need for my aquariums are usually in there for a very affordable price compared to other local stores. What I do not like is seeing hundreds of dead fish in there tanks or like tonight offering to take a common pleco who was struggling to stay alive and after notifying a employee who looked like he just left the strip club with nasty hickeys all over his neck, the guy never even checked the tank and went back to chatting with other employees. Either your company doesn't care or you hire people that don't care but either way you have some nasty ick in your tanks at that store and I'll never buy a fish from there. Be ready to kill every fish you own if you introduce there stock. Very sad but it's life.

I am disgusted, I ordered some advantage cat flea treatment, about 2.5 months ago, I messaged within 2 to 3 weeks to say I still hadn't received my order, I had to go and buy it again, why should they offer cheap prices, well not that cheap there's other companies that charge the same amount, but I trusted them, the first review I put on here they claimed I'd never messaged them, I've got email receipts to say thanks for your message, someone from customer service will be in touch, yet still no one has been in touch, I am fuming, I have severe disabilities, I don't have much money, I love my cat but I cannot afford to keep replacing flea treatment so I'll have to rehome her which is shocking,, NEVER USE PETSPERMARKET it's a total scam

The first day I went there the two employees could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Those two were great. Playing with their live birds was a joy too. I wish I had their names for this review. Also found some healthy fish sticks my dog loves. To bad I have to be in Tahoe to get again.

I don't know if the employees of Pet Supermarket make a commission on sales but if so, I will stop shopping there. I don't appreciate having products pushed on me when it was clear that I already had my item in my cart. The item is something that I have purchased for many years from different places and I had no intentions of switching. Also, the employee gave me incorrect information about the product I was buying and I am really irritated about that. I contacted the corporate office and told them about my experience. I will find another place to buy my dog food from now on. I am not using my real name or my primary email address simply because it's in the Pet Supermarket system and I don't want any issues with the employees.

I had a problem with an order with Pet-Supermarket, and after a review they took my case and solved the problem in less than 24hs. I'm using them for a while and now I trust them even more.
