Great service. on Saturday I bought dog food and on Wednesday I got it .

My experience with the Pet Super Market in Hickory was uncivil. The manager there seems to be a know it all and has an heir of her that’s has to prove how much more she knows than you and seems very competitive other than a great girl with satisfying customers and wants repeated business. I had the most horrific, embarrassing, degrading experience there for my last time. Each time that I would ask for someone’s help, she ended up taking over and tried dominating me at each visit. Each thing I said, she would come back to prove she knew more. It was embarrassing and pathetic to stand there and deal with her. I will never ever go back to this store over the humiliation she put me through. I demanded that I didn’t want her to help but she insisted by saying her staff works for her. You know you’re not going to like ever person you have an encounter with, but most of the time I do. This girl is on my “mean girl bully” list. I asked her where she was from, hoping to find some answer as to why she mistreats me.. she replied Russia with a smirk. I have met other people from Russia who seemed to be so pleasant. Not this one. This store has lost my business and it’s only a few minutes from home. I will drive and pay for better service and friendlier people before I am disrespected and put through such stress in life. Life’s too short for someone to try and bully and think you will stand around for there insecure jabs. I enjoy my life and I surely don’t need to patronize a store that doesn’t bring assets to it.

Over a week so far of ordering cat food and it not arriving....yet!! They took they money and then told me they could not get 2 of the items ordered....yet to recieve a refund for those items. Apperently other items have been sent now but could take 3-4 days to arrive. So if you're prepared to wait for a.week and a half for your delivery then this is the company for you!! I've had to go out and buy extra food for my cats to see the through until my order arrives. This is the second time I have ordered from here...the first time they took the money and then a week later i had to phone them to find out if my order had been sent because i had had no contact , only to be told that they didn't even have stock of it and they would refund me.....I wonder how long they would have waited to let me know this, I should have learnt from that experience!! I will not use this company again and would rather pay more for.. a company that can actually deliver!!!

Do not use as never recived order and they do not tell you item is out of stock. I had to phone and ask for refund. AWFUL!!! AVOID!!

Over a year this company has been providing shocking customer service! You order and then never receive it even though you pay for 1-3 day delivery at a cost of £2.99. Then your out of pocket while your waiting for a refund with no communication at any point to say if the refund has been processed. If you call your on hold for half an hour before you speak to someone who says yeah that’s not right, let’s process a refund, not even an apology. Not sure how this company is still trading it’s so bad.

I use this company all the time and find it excellent...i had one query in the past that i emailed them about and that was an order i was expecting but just recieved part off and they did reply to my email but i didn't have to do that as other part of order came next day ... Find products best value ..therefore would highly recommend to others

This is a bad company i am still awaiting my order i placed since 19th december 2017... they take your money then no delivery i tried to ring sereval times without success. and they dont reply to my emails my cat has now ran out of food i will never use them agian i just want my money refunded then i can buy else where .... there is no excuses pet supermarket for all the delays you should employ extra staff for all the problems you are causing to your customers

AVOID Do not use this company, i placed an order on the 20th December and still waiting for it every time i check my account it says items out of stock, i am now trying to cancel my order but nobody every picks up the phone and ignore all emails, and facebook messages, have taken through paypal resolution to get my money back as sick of the rubbish service. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
