I washed my dog here. Online it said "walk up ramp" not true. Just stairs and I had to lift my dog up. Make sure your dog has a collar to hook up to the sink. So your dog won't jump out. No assistant unless you yell for a cashier. Plenty of towels. Make sure you grab a lot of towels before you start bathing your pet. Not worth the $15.00. Maybe if the costs was $10.00 it would be worth coming back. The cashier shorted me $10 out of $50. I thought the cash register tells you, how much change to give back. Very young employees. I think for me. It's better to bath my dog in my bathtub and save the $15.00.

So far my experience has not been good and this is just from placing the order. I received a confirmation email, but have not been updated. It has been 12 days so far and nothing. I tried to find where the order was charged and I don’t even think they have charged me yet. I will be calling tomorrow to inquire what happened, but will not be ordering from them in the future. I can wait 2-3 week to receive my dog food order with no updates.

I have been a loyal customer of many Pet Supermarket stores in the Ft. Lauderdale area & other stores around Florida. Five months ago I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and I was happy to live very close to the Pet Supermarket on Weddington Rd. I’m disappointed with this store. I’m an avid fish tank enthusiast and it’s upsetting that this store has so many dead fish in the tanks each time I come in to shop. During the few months that I’ve lived here the fish tanks have been quarantined due to ick and have had equipment issues. I heard a female staff member sharing inaccurate information to a customer about which fish can be living together as well as the maintenance needs of the tank. I’m hesitant to purchase anything but packaged goods from this location. I wouldn’t want to risk contaminating my tanks by purchasing fish from this location. On a side note, the staff in the Florida stores were much more welcoming. I’d like to suggest that the staff in my new local store become better educated about the animals they are selling and more knowledgeable on how to maintain the health of the animals. I feel like this staff is not as pet or customer centered as my stores are in Florida. A couple of the female sales people are quite prickly. Eek! Disappointed,

I love products at pet supermarket, but with covid I must order products from your internet site WHICH IS VERY VERY HARD TO DO!! your site is not easy to use. it needs to be people friendly because myself and several friends have had to go to "chewy" to order our products for our pets because your site is so difficult. please fix it because we prefer your products..thank you.

Bad customer care and order never arrived.

Today I went into the Pet Supermarket store on Hillsborough Blvd. in Deerfield Beach, Fl. The manager, a gentleman, and a young female clerk were there, the manager was with a delivery man, the clerk with a customer, neither of them greeted me. I waited patiently, the delivery man left and the manager got on his phone.......I finally got his attention, (although I was now the only customer there, and asked for the disposable cat litter boxes...he looked around the corner and said......."we don't have any" and went back to his counter, I then asked for the regular pans, and took a look and found a double box of the disposable ones. The clerk rang me up, and had the personality of a mud hen. I had heard this store was bad, but this took the cake. As a graduate psychologist, I can tell you this is not the way to encourage business. I will never go back, and also inform the residents in my winter condo about the poor service. Martha Heun

Poor customer service. Closed from Friday afternoon at 5 pm until Monday morning. Since cancellations are to be made by phone only, I couldn’t fix the error that I made while placing the order. When I called customer service, I wanted to suggest that the store add a cancellation process to its website. Instead, the customer rep kept interrupting me and arguing. I didn’t want to argue, I was calling to make a suggestion! I hung up on her since she wouldn’t listen.

Shipping keeps being delayed. Every day they say it will take one day longer. When you rely on it for dog food delivery, this is unacceptable. Ended up just having to go to the PetValu store anyways because food still hasn’t showed up.
