We have been customers for 3 years. NOT ANYMORE bought over $500 of fish from the Avalon Park store.. we have 3 aquariums. 3 weeks ago we bought 5 neons, 5 glow fish, & 5 Mollies. the glow fish had ick. we treated the tank daily and lost 4 precious Angel fish all my fish died. over $500 of fish dead. went in to talk to manager always told everybody there is a Manager. anyways the Guy I talked to said he was aware of the Ick problem and they were treating them. well thats real swell they knew they were selling sick fish. I no compensation offered nothing. This company sells sick fish knowing there sick. will be leaving a google review

I stopped in to the Ponte Vedra store in December 2019. Mary was a remarkably helpful employee who now, a few days later, has been a true God send for my husband, myself, and our dog! Our Australian Shepherd was having big problems sleeping through the night, and was seriously affecting our sleep and starting to cause physical problems in our day to day living. I was ready to put our beloved dog in the garage, to allow us to sleep through the night again, it was that bad! Mary suggested the lChamomile, L-Tryptophan, Melatonin, chewables before such a drastic action of putting our dog totally across the house at night so we could sleep. It has worked!! Our dog is sleeping through the night, spunkier during the day, and allowing us to sleep peacefully until the morning. Thank you Pet Supermarket, for hiring Mary! Thank you Mary, for listening, being concerned, and saving us! Accolades to you all!!

I was at store#143 in Port Charlotte on 12/13/19to buy 2 fish Berta’s. I find an Employee name Sara and I told her I wanted to pay for the fish. She grabbed the fish to put them in a bag. Them I follow her to the register, at the register one female customer was there waiting to check out. Sara put the Bettas next to the register and proceed to check out the lady that was there. I was next to this customer. Then a 3dr customer came in to check out, Sara finished with the first customer and started to check out the 3rd customer and ignored me as the second customer waiting for her to pay for the 2 Bettas. I ask her why she ignoring me??She reply “O you are not standing in line.” I said to her I am here at the register you have the Bettas next to you. There was one person here when we came back from the floor with the fish in your hand. She told me to chaut op!! Horrible person to give customer service.They also have a lot of merchandise with no prices on..

Been waiting for an order placed 11 days ago now, still not arrived, replacement sent, 3 days ago, but returned to sender by courier company HERMES as not required, Petsupermarket keep making excuses for Hermes, saying they are overwhelmed by orders for BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS, what a stupid thing to say, Find another courier company Petsupermaket to deliver your goods because obviously HERMES can't do the job.

Worst flea meds anywhere I have spent so much money. None of it worked. Im so mad. I've been swindled...DO NOT BUY FLEA TREATMENTS HERE

I went to the port orange store and Aron came to assist me with the right bones, helped me find best price items for my budget and was so knowledgable, helpful and patient. Wish more stores had great asset employees like this. Thanks Aron, you helped make me and my dogs happy🤗🤗🤗

For heaven's sake! I've been a long time customer of Pet Supermarket but my cat now needs a new sort of veterinary diet. go to Animed, find it in two seconds. Go to Pet Supermarket and the search engine has a nervous breakdown. None of the filters work! If you want wet cat food you get dry dog food. If you want Purina, you get every brand except Purina. It's as though what you filter by is automatically excluded from your results. Sort it out, PS. Animed (whose check-out irritates intensely) gets the order this time.
