Pet SupermarketReviews of pet-supermarket.com

This was my first time into Pet Supermarket to shop for my little kitten.Right away I was greeted with kindness by Mackenzie. She was extremely knowledgeable about nutrition for kittens and pointed out the best products for me. I am on a tight budget because I am not working and she led me to the 50% off items which was a huge help...she assisted me with the reward program and also shared information with me regarding the walk in Veterinary Care and we are planning to come on Sunday Oct. 11th...I cant thank Mackenzie enough for making me feel so good about being a kitty parent...she will be my go to girl for all our pet needs!! She really is a wonderful employee of your company!! 5 stars and more for her!! Laurie

Can you start selling iams puppy dry dog food

Samantha at the Rock Hill Per Supermarket rocks! They were very busy today, but she made the time to explain the various foods and treats for my dog and my cat! I have a elderly poodle with two teeth, Samantha has always been very patient and explaining ways to help me to get my finicky old lady dog to eat something healthy.

My Experience was great. When i walk into the store , 3 Employees were talking to each other and Only 1 sales employee Stated hello how are you , May I help you . (ELIJAH) at the North Miami store 12553 Biscayne Blvd North Miami 33181 store Demonstrates Excellant Customer Service Skills. He should train the other employees on how to deliver Common Courtesy.

The staff at Pet Supermarket in Concord, NC are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. Their store is always clean and their fish tanks are sparkling. Some of the negative reviews criticizing dead fish in the tanks are from people who don’t realize that the fish come in already unhealthy and the staff do as much as they can to rehabilitate those fish. So don’t blame the staff. The team at the Concord, NC store do an excellent job of keeping their tanks very clean. Give them a chance to make things right for you before writing a poor review.

Thank you so much Kimberly from Store #349, you are always all about the customer , so helpful and informed about pet products! With gratitude, Mary-Beth and Ollie 🐕

These guys are exactly what a pet store should be and they're 10x better than Petco
