AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ORDERED CAT FOOD ON THE 2ND SEP ITS THE 10TH AND NOTHING NO CAT FOOD DELIVERED. SENT 3 EMAILS AND NO REPLY. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

I have 4 large dogs (rottweilers) and ordered online for years because prices were a little better. When I bought my home in florida I decided to check out Petsupermarket and see how the prices were. I have since cancelled my autoshipments and buy from here. The service at our store is always awesome, the food is about $3 less per bag (taste of the wild). Plus, I get $5 off everytime I go in, and my 10th bag is free. Honestly the prices and service cant be beat around here, I'm so glad I decided to try it out.

Reasonably priced items but terrible delivery- ordered products on 22/8, telephoned on the 28/8 to ask where my delivery was to be told they would be 'picked' from the warehouse that afternoon... goodness knows when I will eventually receive my order. Living in a rural area unable to drive due to ill health I am very reliant on online services and expect delivery to be in the given time frame which the company has failed on; the website states 24 to 48 hours for despatch and 3 to 5 days delivery. Will not be using this company again.

Placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and still not received it, says delivery is 3 to 5 days so that's a lie! The tracking service does not work says invalid code when try it, contacted customer services last week they say they will resend parcel (I don't think it was ever sent out) and I'm still waiting, very poor service and website not very good when searching for items. These problems will put me off ordering from this company ever again.

Ordered on the 9th, goods despatched on the 15th still waiting on the 21st for delivery! So much for 48 hr despatch and 3-5 days delivery!! I have now completely run out of the products I ordered, I hope my elderly dog is OK off her supplements for this time, in fact I've placed another order elsewhere. Good prices but awful delivery time. Won't use again unless guaranteed a better service.

I thought most of the products were expensive but I decided to finally shop there because of a sale that made things much more reasonable. I had trouble using the checkout, the website wouldn't work on my phone when I tried to go to the checkout, so I had to create an account and log on when I got to a computer. Once I'd done that everything went smoothly, delivery was quick and the products were high quality. The issue with checking out on my phone did drive me nuts and it was inconvenient to find a computer to log onto, so that's why it's only 4 stars this time. Probably won't shop there again until there's a sale that sparks my interest.

Great price, fast delivery. Will shop here again.
