This place is a joke, so a lady contacted me about a bird being dropped off that was said to be a parakeet and asked if I wanted it, I said yes, so made arrangements to pick the bird up, but once the bird arrived they seen it was a Quaker parrot, then all of a sudden they want to keep it, this store does not deserve to be in business...

I love this place because it has great selection of pets and I love playing and spending time with pets and the staff overhere are very friendly and informative. They definitely deserves 5 stars for their good work.

My local Spring Hill Florida store is selling Guinea Pigs for 100$ dollar's claiming that they are Peruvian which is just a name the going price for a Peruvian is 25$-30$. Trying to find out from their corporate offices what justifies 100$ for a Guinea Pig their answer was "They are bred in Spain" only customer service will talk to you, and they don't care. The Guinea Pigs are not going to sell very quickly, and will be handled more often and may get sick. The Guinea Pigs in this store are in a cage with Rabbits, they are not supposed to share space with Rabbits, there aren't enough hiding places, their hay is not properly distributed. There prices for their Oxbow Pellets are 5 dollar's higher then a local feed store. Petco and Petsmart have much better prices 43$ and 37$ DO NOT BUY PETS FROM THIS STORE!!

I live close to Pet Supermarket Store # 393 McDonough. I love this store and the staff is very friendly. Paula is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She knows I do Dog Boarding & Grooming and in the store a few times a week! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Took my 2 small ( 4lb & 3 lb) puppy dogs to pet supermarket for an oral bordatella shot. Vip pet care jammed a needle into both dogs right hip hard & fast. Both dogs screeched. 1 dog didn't move for days the other for a week. Both have permanent serious injuries. Per Supermarket & VIP Per Care both ignored the entire situation & damages they have caused without any remorse at all denying any responsibility & huge negligence. Very unsanitary conditions as well. Blood was everywhere from the vet rushing & being careless & wreckless.

Pet Supermarket used to be great. Good prices and great customer service. But now they use Yodel for delivery and that’s where it breaks down. I would rather pay more and have a Royal Mail delivery that you can rely on. So, no more orders from me. Great shame as until recently I would have given them 5 stars
