Pet SupermarketReviews of pet-supermarket.com

The Ormond Beach, Fl Petsupermarket has the most nastiest fish tanks. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past 2 yrs. Maybe manager change. The tanks have cloudy water and so much algae is all over everything including the glass. I’ve gone in in the morning to find the opening kid just dumping literally handfuls of food in each tank, then he says it’ll just get filtered out. You need to hire managers and people that care about the animals and your reputation

Failed order. After a week I have contacted them by phone as no order has been fulfilled. Not even picked at warehouse. First response is sorry, there are delays, do you want a refund as you want it quickly. Emails arrive the goods don't.

Don't bother, always let you down. Ship the wrong order etc. This company are can't see lasting long on this performance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I'm pretty sure this is a fake, scam company I placed my order over 2 weeks ago. Got a subscription confirmation and nothing else. Chat bot on website is useless and any links on emails don't work. I emailed asking for a refund as the order hasn't been processed only then did I get a dispatched email which then meant I couldn't get a refund. Apparently they are delivering through Amazon but the tracking has said label created for 4 days so far. And the email said l can refuse tie delivery when DPD deliver! Who knows if I will ever receive the £70 worth of good. Thankfully my bank has been able to put a block on the subscriptions but I can't claim my money back yet.

I ordered 5 bags of cat litter on 22nd August. I then heard nothing. After talking to a chat bot, I was told my order had been delayed, and I should have been informed. I wasn't. Today, 5th September, my order turned up 10 hours late. Plus only 3 of the 5 bags turned up, and 2 of those were damaged. It's a real shame I can't give a less than 1 star review.

Payment taken at the time of order with next day delivery. Order wasn’t dispatched,4 days later with no update email & no response to my emails I had to call tone told they had warehouse delays & would be another week. I cancelled & got a refund

I placed a large order for cat food and cat litter with Pet Supermarket totalling almost £90. It arrived in dribs and drabs over a period of 18 days. In the meantime I had to order some of the items from another website. In an attempt to cancel the outstanding items from pet supermarket I phoned the customer services number I was directed to by Pet Supermarket for cancellations twice during office hours. On both occasions I got a recorded message telling me they were closed and to call back between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. I emailed Pet Supermarket to explain I had ended up with duplicate items (for which I had paid £29) only to be told it was my fault as I hadn't cancelled before despatch and if I wanted to return them I would have to pay £10. Pet Supermarket appear to offer the most competitive prices for the the high end food we need for our 18 year old cats. However as they didn't deliver in a reasonable timeframe and refused to give a refund, we ended up out of pocket. We will not be buying from them again. Lorraine Wood

Customer service was poor and one lady named dawn was really rood and had an attitude do not recommend and I think the store is shutting down to I wonder why😐, but other than that one person, every body else was great 👍.
