I would say 4 or 5 until today. They have this STUPID policy of only two people inside the store at one time. Then to make matters more STUPID...you can't shop.....you have to know EXACTLY what you want and they will go shop for you. This eliminates impulse shopping and we don't always know what we are going to buy. From now on, we are going to Pet Smart and/or PetCo......or just Chewy.Com. They lost $80 + today from us....

Coronavirus lunacy agreed with previous review. Now I am supposed to stop, stay in grid square near the door while YOU get what I WANT. I can understand two people at a time but to stand in a grid is overkill. We should not be panicking during these hard times. Will not shop here again. Poor decision making on management. Largo Fl

Today i was at the store for a dogwash. Gattis Schl Rd. I mentioned that my dog had just completed her antibiotics for an infection caused by a tick bite. I was told, after paying for my dog wash, that I could not wash my dog there today because they would have to shut down the whole dog wash for the day and spend time disinfecting it. They refunded me and i left. But, here's the question: why was the dog immediately ahead of me allowed there with an open and actively bleeding wound?! And, they do nto check vaccinations.?! So why discriminate against me? I was nice. I did not make a public scene.

I went to the cypress location. They clearly do not care for the animals there. The bunny was desperate for hay, I told two employees and they both didn’t care. One got very rude with me, I walked out. Don’t hire people that do not have knowledge of animals.

I got My bunny from this place and the worker recommended yogurt drops for treats and said that they were very healthy. (She also told me that it was a boy). Fast forward to a couple days after and SHE got very sick, so we took her to the vet and they said it was the drops. AND proceeded to tell me that she was underweight and was not cared for at the store and they did a gender check and yup it was a girl. DO NOT BUY PETS FROM THIS PLACE!
