Can you start selling iams puppy dry dog food

I order frequently from pet supermarket.com. I have a pet rescue so I buy large bags of cat/dog food. Unlike Chewy and Walmart, their food has start coming in bags that have 2-3 months until BB or expiration date. Delivery from other outlets are mostly a year out. I think they use the .com sales to unload their old food.

Is there a lower rating??? Kids working with ZERO knowledge of good service and now trying to stuff their "woke" agenda down grown up minds who just want to shop, spend money on our furbabies, and NOT get gender/trans/identity shoved in our faces. My store of 9 years now has a kid demanding customers call a WOMAN a "man" because that is what SHE identifies as, and I guess that is what they "think" is appropriate in a retail store. NOT!!! Petco & Petsmart will love our big spent money a lot more and Petsupermarket can learn a lesson... you know, like Disney did!!!

Samantha at the Rock Hill Per Supermarket rocks! They were very busy today, but she made the time to explain the various foods and treats for my dog and my cat! I have a elderly poodle with two teeth, Samantha has always been very patient and explaining ways to help me to get my finicky old lady dog to eat something healthy.

Staffed by one or two teenagers who are totally customer service ignorant. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, there's no one at the register to check you out. Second time I've had to leave product on the counter and just leave. This is the Rock Hill SC store.

My Experience was great. When i walk into the store , 3 Employees were talking to each other and Only 1 sales employee Stated hello how are you , May I help you . (ELIJAH) at the North Miami store 12553 Biscayne Blvd North Miami 33181 store Demonstrates Excellant Customer Service Skills. He should train the other employees on how to deliver Common Courtesy.

Ordered 11/24, as of 11/30 still processing. Spoke to customer service on 11/29 and they did follow up to advise of no change in status. Opted to cancel as I could wait no longer. This is the second time that a food purchase online has been canceled due to them delaying shipment. I will no longer order home delivery and going forward will request store pickup only.

The staff at Pet Supermarket in Concord, NC are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. Their store is always clean and their fish tanks are sparkling. Some of the negative reviews criticizing dead fish in the tanks are from people who don’t realize that the fish come in already unhealthy and the staff do as much as they can to rehabilitate those fish. So don’t blame the staff. The team at the Concord, NC store do an excellent job of keeping their tanks very clean. Give them a chance to make things right for you before writing a poor review.
