Placed an order for 6 bags of dog litter. Received a call from the company telling me they couldn't send my order because it was too heavy and that the package can't be over 75 pounds. I told them I would reorder and place two orders and order 2 bags and to cancel my first order. They assured me they did. Smashed boxes started arriving. They ended up sending me 9 bags of litter and 1 bag of dog food. Which I never ordered. They NEVER cancelled my order. That ended up costing me over $200. They flat out lied to me. Terrible company!

Terrible customer service- they do not stock stores either- even with their own brand of food!!! This is just what I sent them! Sadly you don’t understand the importance of customer service. I have called three times to be told a manager will call me and no return call. You are out of stock constantly of your own companies food- so you encouraged me to order online. I did that. You charged my card and I receive an e-mail 4 days later( all the while thinking the food is in transit). That you are out of stock on the food online as well. I have 3 dogs on that food. So I drove to the store today only to find out once again it’s out of stock AND they only get shipments for food every two weeks? This is absurd business practice. So now we will have to change foods and no longer do business with your store. Just look up my account to see how much profit you are losing. You might want to run your current stores effectively before opening others. Do not put your animals on their brand Performatrin and Performatrin Ultra bc then when you can’t find it you have nowhere to turn. Choose another brand and save yourself the headache!

part of my order came in,a week later another part came in, then last part never came in, no explanation as to why, called a dozen times, lie after lie. Then they took it upon themselves to send more dog without my approval. After getting my credit card company involved they credited my account for part of the first order that never came in. Stay away from these people. You may or may not get your order. It will come in 3or 4 shipments. A good chance you will see charges on your credit card for item you did not order. For me, NEVER AGAIN !

So far my experience has not been good and this is just from placing the order. I received a confirmation email, but have not been updated. It has been 12 days so far and nothing. I tried to find where the order was charged and I don’t even think they have charged me yet. I will be calling tomorrow to inquire what happened, but will not be ordering from them in the future. I can wait 2-3 week to receive my dog food order with no updates.

Absolutely disgusted by the service. Cancelled my repeat order back in March, confirmed by the cancellation email from the sales team, yet I have been billed and shipped goods that I have not agreed to pay for in May- just last week!- value over £200! Delivery has been dropped by the courier and that's it. Cancellation of the order in March happen due to price increase by £30! I have checked my account and I have another one scheduled for June! Return policy-- arrange the return for the voucher to spent at store!

Paid for next day delivery, 3 days later I’ve still not received the item. Pet supermarket claim it was dispatched, Yodel claim it’s still with the sender.

They have gotten my orders wrong twice and want me to send back a 25 lb bag of food. They decided to ship a completely different brand and it was for weight control. And it was cheaper than what I originally paid for. They can't get their crap together over there.

Just about fed up with this company never get repeat order on time and trying to log in is sometimes impossible. Why don’t they employ people who actually care about their job but I suppose it’s the generation we have growing up now . Want the money but don’t want the work
