I purchased a protected by beanie for my grandson love the hat love the leather love the etching of the puppies but it's too small I contacted somebody they sent me a email back with a ticket number 372-394 but I haven't heard anything I'd either like a refund or an exchange for the right size

2 months package never arrived, this is after they had a typo and refused to fix it (due to their late reponse) did not replace until 1 week of emailing back and forth. Replacement has not arrived and the customer support team is absolute trash. I asked for a refund as its now january and i ordered a christmas ornament. And was told tough luck its on the shipping company now. And they go with Straightship which is known to have a terrible track record and has a one star rating.

The shirt was perfect in the colors and graphics are great. The size was on point and fit the recipient perfectly. It was a gift and the person was absolutely thrilled with it and wore it for 2 days. Shipping was on time before Christmas. I'll probably order from the company again. A good experience.

Product was well made. My wife loves it.

The tumbler is Precious! Dog Mom matches her and both of her doggie babies. Love it!

I put an order in for a candle of memory of my husband back in Nov. Looking forward getting the candle. I didn’t get the candle or an email. No contact whatsoever from them. I tried calling. No answer. I had to call PayPal to request for my money back. Bad business. They lost their business from me. They deserve a bad review.

I really like my dog coffee cup. Super glad I ordered it!

Repeat Customer. Always quality products. Great communication. Delivery as promised. Highly recommended.
