I purchased 2 personalized pet ornaments. They are beautifully crafted and very well made. There were many variations of pets to choose from. Communication was a bit overload, be ready for very very long winded emails updating you on the status of your order, but thats better than not receiving status updates at all!!! 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a custom tumbler from PAWSIONATE as a gift for my friend, and let me just say—it was a purrfect choice. The cartoon of her and her dog looks so spot-on, I’m convinced the artist secretly knows them. The design is adorable, the quality is top-notch, and it keeps drinks hot or cold longer than our gossip sessions. My friend absolutely loves it, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. If you’re looking for a gift that’s both practical and hilariously cute, PAWSIONATE has you covered!

Update, I increased to 4 stars from 2 after receiving a partial refund and cost of shipping. They seem to be trying to make it right. I made an order on 30 November with an expected delivery of 12-17 December. As it turns out, this product is made in China and thus took 11 days longer to deliver, after Christmas, and after my opportunity to give it to my son. I asked many times for help, and all I got from customer support was tracking information, no empathy or consideration about the late product. I never received any customer support warning of a delay. I will send it on to my son, but I won't see him open it. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend. Amazing communication and fun emails. They were great and rushed the job so i could get the gift on Christmas Eve.

Very easy ordering.delivered on time and protected wonderfully. Very surprised as all the options when ordering. My wife was very excited when she opened the package. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a custom gift for someone.

Ordered a shirt as a ‘Santa’ gift for our granddaughter. She LOVES it. The shirt arrived when scheduled and is exactly as ordered. High quality shirt, graphics are spot-on.

It was so easy to choose likenesses of my dogs and me. The fit and quality of the shirt is great.

It was a gift and the receiver loved it
