Great gift idea, my daughter loved it.

WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN. I ordered 2 custom print short sleeve PJ dresses. The quality of the print is good but the material is cheap. Size not good and the item is significantly bigger than advised. Ordered a large however it is easily a XXL (although no size on garment). Delivery process was very poor with long periods between delivery status updates online. Communication and support was terrible. Item was ordered in November for a Xmas present and didn’t arrive until the 8th of January. Tried to get some form of support or communication from Pawsionate but got NOTHING! Even after multiple emails etc have not received any form of apology for the long delays and missing Xmas. Very disappointing experience and the product was not good quality. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN.

It took forever to get here. I realize there was postal strike, however, I placed my order sometime before the strike. It was to be a Christmas gift. It came after and the person who was to receive it had to leave to return home. She still hasn't gotten her gift. She will have to until the next time she visits.

I ordered a personalized mug for my wife as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. It was allegedly delivered in January, but not to my address. I ordered it to the Republic of Ireland, yet according to the delivery tracking, it was sent to Canada! When I contacted the company, they tried to charge me an extra $15 for reshipping and refused to refund me or resend the item to the correct address. This feels like a scam! I strongly advise avoiding these criminals!

Customer service was great, especially during the very busy holiday season. In addition, I was notified frequently concerning the delivery of the shirts. All four shirts that I ordered were delivered on time. Each recipient loved the shirt - the originality, the fit, & the fabric.

It took sometime to receive the package, but everything went well and the quality is very good.

travel mug. I ordered my wife a travel mug with a photo of herself and our puppy Baxter, and neither image was on the travel mug. This company is truly garbage. I wont ever recommend them to anyone. This was a true waste of money. Never again.
