All was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

UPDATE: After doing some further research, I found that the address that this company has filed here on TP and on their website actually doesn't exist What can I say? I should have known. These popped up in my Insta feed and drew my attention with the bright colours and the fun images, it screams Scam doesn't it.. well I ignored the red flags and ordered anyway. 87 Euro later I press "Order" and receive an email confirming the order, however it is 7 pages long offering me discount codes, showing me more products before, at the bottom finally showing me my order. I see the "Track my order" link and just for fun I click it, mistake. I get taken to -17TRACK- which automatically sends my phones security into spasms due to it wanting to send me more notifications than a just out of the box xiaomi phone. but actually gives me no tracking information. It tells me my parcel is in transit (Funny seeing that I only ordered 3 minutes ago). I wait .. and wait.. and wait and after no change in this status I contact Pawsionate through their email to which I get nothing for 2 days, but then I get an answer, stating they are extremely busy, but they will answer me in 48 hours, So I wait.. and wait.. only to get yet another email stating they are so sorry, but they are still busy and to please give them another 48 hours... we are now 40 hours into that 48 hour wait and still nothing so.. I wait. and my tracking information still hasn't updated. I should have known better but yea, stupidity got the better of me, don't be the same, give this one a wide berth.

Cheap merchandise and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible ! I don’t think they are legit ! I tried ordering a mug . After I personalized it …. It was showing a completely different mug than what I ordered . So I sent them an email . They told me that I was probably selecting beer instead of the wine option. I know how to read . I definitely am pushing the wine option . It also has a different blonde girl and 2 cats on it . I pushed the 1 cat … black haired girl . Then they just keep saying they’re fixing other people’s issues so there might be a delay. I can imagine they have a lot of problems to fix… Considering the response that I got. I don’t think these reviews are legit that have them at four and five stars!

Super schöner Becher mit tollem Aufdruck ❤️😻

Da das Design sehr niedlich ist, habe ich mir nach längerem Überlegen einen Thermobecher bestellt. Es heißt 3D Druck, es ist aber einfach nur ein billig wirkender Aufkleber und man merkt die Kleberänder. Da ist nichts 3D. Im Bestellverfahren wurde mir ein Bechergriff empfohlen den ich auch in den Warenkorb packte, der mir aber nicht geliefert wurde. Die Anfrage an den Kundenservice hätte ich mir sparen können.

Lieferung des personalisierten Bechers war zeitnah und problemlos. Ein Stern Abzug, weil das Material auf den Fotos deutlich hochwertiger war als das Produkt das ankam. Das Design finde ich hübsch und die Auswahl ist groß. P. S. Ich habe jeden Tag min 2 Mails bekommen, wo meine Sendung sich befand... Das war etwas zuviel des Guten, aber danke;-)

I am not sure if all these 5 & 4-star reviews are legit, but I placed two orders on 2/6/2025, and the following day, I woke up to a bunch of fraudulent transactions against my Credit Card from across the nation. This is why I "rarely," if ever, buy online from unknown sources. If you buy from them, think twice about using your credit card.
