They have said its been delivered, and nothing, I really had a feeling this site was maybe a scam, I think I was right. I know its only £25 I have lost, but it means I now have to change my bank account and find another gift, JUST READ THE REPLY WHICH SEEMS TO BE A STANDARD REPLY. AND YES I HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK, YOU STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY PRODUCT AND YOU HAVE ALL MY DETAILS

Constant updates on delivery was Great! I thought this may have been a scam but definately not. Great product & service, will use again.

I ordered 2 mats separately to 2 different addresses. One mat arrived the 2 mat was delivered to a incorrect address in a completely different State. I have been trying to resolve this issue and this company is not taking responsibility for it’s delivery error and they have not rectified this problem! Meanwhile they have my 57.00 dollars for my missing mat of my pet!

Graphics are great but it is definitely not a sweatshirt. Material is thin polyester. Bought as a Christmas present but only useful as a joke item! Overpriced for what it is. Such a shame as print would have been great on a real sweatshirt.

I have no problem with the ordering, updates or delivery. The product itself is cheap Chinese tat. I purchased a printed mug and it is chunky and cheap, the print is very poor, the name wording is very pale, not bold like it shows on the website and barely stands out. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I will not be gifting it as it looks terrible. I paid over £23 with delivery for a cup which is probably worth £2 if you're lucky. Very disappointed with the poor quality and would never purchase from this company again.

Over all we were very pleased with the items we purchased and the bespoke images of the characture of myself and my husband are brilliant. The fault is that I ordered 2 sweat shirts and 2 jumpers all different colours and charactures. What I got was 4 sweat shirts! Were my items value for money sadly I do not really think so £132.00 paid in English Sterling for let's face 4 fun sweat shirts. Positives are that they washed well and look great on our bodies. Other thing although you can track from despatch took ages for the products to arrive. Trustworthy- yes, end product OK but not wow, buy again I doubt it sorry.
