Horrible company
The company was insisting they delivered my order, but ended up, they delivered to wrong address. Completely wrong building. They would not work with me in getting the merchandise replaced. They said it was delivered, too bad.

Good quality and exactly as described

Everything went to plan
Everything went to plan, with the exception of getting the product a few days earlier than expected, which is hardly a problem. It's well made, with clear copy and was properly packaged. Very happy with what we bought.

Ordered a cap for my brother with him…
Ordered a cap for my brother with him and his dog's likeness pictured on it. For the price, $35, it should have been perfect but it wasn't. The picture is about half the size they show and it's off center. Also it's a decal not, embroidered. It's disappointing because what they offer is a great idea. It's a shame. And the BBB has 21 complaints about the company!
