Excellent product which you can design…
Excellent product which you can design yourself, kept me informed as to when it would be delivered, a very good service all round.

Terrible customer service - rip off!
We ordered a product and the pawsionate site replaced the shipping address with the billing address. Customer services told us to go pound sand. Mistakes happen but it's how they deal with them that separates a good experience from a bad one. When things go good I'm sure these guys are OK but when things go bad? Not so much. Avoid.

I’m really sorry this happened — having the shipping address replaced with the billing address is incredibly frustrating, and you shouldn’t be left without help when it’s clearly an issue tied to the order system. To get this properly reviewed, please reach out to our customer support team so they can look up your order and assist further: https://pawsionate.com/pages/contact-us
