Ordering was a snap! Shipping was quick, quality of workmanship excellent

I just recently placed the order and the tracking shows this is a Chinese company. I would not have ordered if I knew that.

Very pleased with the result, clean, clear image. Fast completion and delivery.

Absolutely perfect. I had loads of messages giving me the progress of my package. It arrived today. It’s exactly what I wanted. A Father’s Day mug for my husband from our little dog.

I placed an order for a personalized cat mug for Mother’s Day on April 28th. Two days ago I received a black coffee cup with nothing. I have tried contacting them but no one seems to respond. All I want at this point is a full refund. How can they still be in business?

Ordering online is misleading, I was ordering a Coffee cup, but I received a little 1" x 1" x 1" candle, certainly not worth the $33.00 I paid for it. I cannot recommend anyone purchasing from this outfit. Product appears to be the standard Chinese knock off; poor quality and the depiction online is not what it seems. I've been burned by online ordering before, I believe now I have finally learned a lesson I wish I had learned before I made this purchase. I have requested a refund, have not heard back from pawsionate... from what I have read in other reviews, the likelihood of this ever being satisfactorily resolved is low. Buyer be warned!

I ordered a 15 ounce customized mug depicting named cartoon caricatures of my two dogs. The mug was delivered relatively quickly. Why the 1 star review? The mug was 11 ounces and said "Best F'Ing Sister ever" . I have contacted the company but have not yet received a response.
