I'm not sure why this is listed as being a California based company. Everything here is made and sent from China, and that's where their customer service is. I don't have a problem with that, except you should know that it'll take WEEKS to get your item. I bought something from a mothers day ad, and it took over a week to ship, and then it's going to take at least 10 more days to arrive, given it's coming from China. If you can't order a month in advance, I don't recommend this vendor. Quality still TBD, but who knows when it'll arrive. Customer Service was incredibly unhelpful and basically sent a "too bad" email.

Easy to use app

The order was easy to place. The product was personalized very quickly and delivered much sooner than expected. The personalized coffee mug was just as expected. Quality is good (not exceptional) with the art work and personalization true to the website picture and description. At this price, and with the excellent service, this purchase is a great value. I will shop this company again and feel completely comfortable recommending it to all.

I had not heard of Pawsionate, just stumbled across them on line. Glad I did. What a neat idea. I could not wait to give the shirt to my daughter as her American Bulldog was not feeling good. It came just in time and she really lit up when shw saw it ... even though I messed up showing the wrong color. But she was not mad. Her baby Chow Chow looks funny on the shirt .. not baby. He'll have to grow into the picture on her mommies chest. Great job!

If I could give this company less than one star, I would have. I was pleased with my order other than the edges of the remembrance coin were rough and I cut my finger when removing it from the packing in which it came. I notified the company and was told they would make it right and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I have repeatedly emailed them and always get the same response-24-48 hours. I have requested either they redo the item correctly or refund my purchase price. Still no response. Their customer service is pathetic. I am both disappointed and frustrated with this company. They do not live up to the hype they put in their advertising. Dealing with this company has been a very unpleasant, unsatisfactory experience.

BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get in touch with your company for the past 3 days to cancel an order and no response. I contacted you immediately via your support within 10 minutes of placing the order once I realized the address was in correct. Your policy says orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. No response. It also states someone will be in touch within 24 hours. I have sent 4 emails over the past 3 days and no response to any of them. Also no phone number on your site. You can only contact via email which is obviously not checked. I HIGHLY recommend not buying from this company unless you want to lose your money and have no way to contact them. It is a complete SCAM.

I was targeted with a great add from them, I went to there website and put my very unique order in and when I clicked order wrong size came up...oh no!!!...sent correction email and prayed because they do not have a phone number and customer service gets bad reviews. Long story short I sent a correction email and product was delivered early and correct....GREAT PRODUCT!!!!...Could not wait to give it to my wife before mother's day!! I'm super happy with this company and will buy more unique products from them. Email communication was fantastic...don't be afraid!!!!
