The mug was a hit! My dad loved it! He used it this morning. You guys have great products!

Ordered item for Christmas over a month ago, but it has not arrived. When I attempt to track it, it says "it's on the way".

Ordered a tumbler December 3 for Christmas. Last tracking update was December 13 in Chicago. Its now been 23 days (the Pony Express delivered in 10 days). Missed Christmas. Reached out to Pawsionate and have had no response...

I have recently ordered a $30 ornament as a gift - the ornament that was sent to me lacked color saturation and needed proper color correction. Everyone’s hair looks red, which is not the case at all. I contacted this company and the decline to replace it because as a customer, I don’t matter.

Ive had two recent experiences - the first was for a T Shirt that was an excellent experience, the second for a windshield cover (that took way longer than the TShirt) with two dogs, one of the dogs photo was fine the other I felt a bit blurry, so a little disappointing- perhaps an email requesting a different photo would have fixed that ????

I always trust Pawsionate to come through! Every time I order from them, I get what I ordered in a timely manner with frequent updates to let me know my order status. The quality of their merchandise is unrivaled, too, and always exactly as described.

Wife loved the product!

Muy bien los dibujos, muy acertados.
