If you expect to wear a wig right out of the box, you'll be disappointed. You have to work with them. Sometimes, it takes several weeks before you get it looking the way you want. I've worn Paula Young wigs for 30 years and have sent very few back. They may not always be perfect, but I think they're worth the money. Some people have said I have beautiful hair.

I purchased a wig on 4/11/25 and returned it on 4/28/25. I haven’t gotten a refund even after emailing them and trying to talk to someone.

Very strange that when I called the number listed for Paula Young, I got a security company. Ten I tried to place the order online, and it wouldn't go through even with different credit cards. Is the company out of business?

As a first time wig purchaser I made the unfortunate decision to buy from Paula Young wigs. Not only was the wig very fake looking but when I returned it I lost not only the shipping cost to return the item but the shipping cost I paid to get the item. They only returned a portion of my full payment. You can't get a manager on the phone and the front line employees are useless, unwilling to help and downright nasty. I can't tell you how many times I got hung up on. Do not buy from this company if you don't want to lose money!

I PURCHASED 2 WIGS. THE WIGS WERE $50.80 and the other was $82.45. BOTH WIGS WERE SHINY AND VERY UNNATURAL my charge card shows a credit of $65.46. THEY OWE ME $75.79!!!! THEY TOLD ME I COULD ORDER ANOTHER TO REPLACE ONE BUT I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 of the same wig in 2 different sizes. The wigs themselves were nice, looked like the picture (the one was pretty scant on the top back). I was happy with the style and color. The problem is that they both constantly tangle resulting in the ends looking damaged and awful. I comb it through and it just tangles again immediately! I thought it was somehow my fault. Looking for a reason for this, my research says the reason is low quality materials. It's not because of bad care of the wig. I am of course, very disappointed and will look elsewhere in the future. I'm also very surprised that no one else had this problem.
