DO NOT PURCHASE !! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! SPOKE WITH CHARLOTTE @ 1-508-638-0009 spoke today 2/27/2024. called on 2/04/2024 regarding a return received A return authorization email stating all the facts for what I was doing ?? 1 wig and exchange 2 filled out form and returned with tracking number. they stated they received package and it would take 5-10 business days to process also, had a return authorization number, just found it 🤣 There a JOKE ...... Ok still have not received exchanged wigs 🤔 today spoke with supervisor Charlotte, she stated they credited our account and returned all 3 wigs with stoking fees 🤬🤬🤬 and that they did not receive our exchange form... NOW THAT WAS BS. !! I personally did it with my mother and we took it to USPS !! Canceled Subscription Immediately!! today now calling BBB I have recorded phone conversation with the receiving department and when to expect my exchange on 2/04/2024 BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

Buyer beware. So much for free shipping. They'll charge you up front, saying free shipping on the invoice, then five days later charge your account $16.95, for what? Oh shipping maybe? On a $150.00 order? Emailed five times, they say I joined some Paula Young Platinum program. NOT. After asking where I joined, NO REPLY, AND NO REFUND!!!

This was my first wig very disappointed with it. Directions say to shake the wig well I shake it it looks good but when I place it on my head it goes flat. Does not look like the pictures

I would not recommend buying from this company, did recieve the wig my wife ordered, but was charged twice, one charged stayed pending until I called my bank, a week later they tried to charge another fee which was declined, costumer service is rude, and unhelpful will never do business with them again

I'll purchase another Paula Young wig when I decide that wearing a dead rat on my head is a good idea. Neither the color or style were as advertised and the hair on my 60yr old Barbie is of a better quality. To top it off (no pun intended) Paula Young charges a $19 per item restocking fee-which goes well with the $9.95 charge for "free" retun postage. If I had a do over I'd give Paula Young a hard pass.

I ordered a wiglet that was the wrong length and color. It was difficult to discern this from the pictures. I spoke to a representative to return but the company makes this very difficult. Would not recommend.

They used to be my favorite company until the last year and a half. All of their wigs now seem to be so thin on top that you can see the cap. I thought I’d give them another chance and order a headband style. They mailed my package without postage!! When I asked for a refund for the postage since I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping the response was that they were sending a new one out. I understand that, but now it’s a 7 day delivery. The most they would do is 1/2 back for THEIR mistake. Totally done with their lack of customer service and quality.

Loved price and selection. Unfortunately the wigs arrive with a cardboard insert attached to the inside of the wig cap. I cannot try the wig on with the long strip in it. As a cancer patient it is scratchy, painful, and I have no clue if it will fit my bald head. If you remove the cardboard Paula states she will not refund. So I took the $ hit for shipping and punishment for not knowing about Paula’s mean policy.
