I just got phone with ... I think a Human. Had a somewhat Voice as one, Speaking in Stupidity ! Way Laxed, *Cough Cough* Certainly DIDN'T Want too Answer the Call. Asking Simple Q* even for him... Since When Do they TAKE YOUR C.C. INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO PLACE ORDER... If your Address is Unable to be Shown in Their System? Wink Wink* That kind of doing.. Is Long Gone People.!! Don't Give Out Yoyr C.C # Anything like that to them or Anyone! NOT LEGIT! I, RIP MY CARPET UP, WASH IT STYLE IT AN PUT IT ON MY HEAD.. BEFORE I GIVE MY C.C. NUMBER OUT!! So to the Lazy Ass. This could be the most hideous wig I have ever worn. It looks like an 80’s rocker. It looks nothing like the photo on the website. The bangs stick out and can’t be combed down. The top sprits out like a fountain. I have many wigs. This needs to be burned but instead I will return it having to pay a return shipping that is an insult to injury.

I placed an order for the buy one,get one offer. received an email saying it shipped by FEDEX to arrive 4/30/25. I was charged for the order on 4/23/25. Never received the wigs, Paula Young will not accept that order is lost. I waited their 48 hours from delivery and still nothing in my P.O. Box. I called today 5/2/25 to get someone to help me with a refund. STILL NO HELP!

First I had to pay $13.99 shipping plus $1.95 delivery surcharge (what the heck) to receive two items I did not like and felt were not properly represented on their website. Then come to find out, I also have to pay return shipping. Called twice and nobody can do nothing for me! Asked for original shipping to be credited. Nope! Refund on return shipping? Nope! I worked and trained customer service and this is not it!

Worst Customer Service ever in all the years I have been ordering wigs. This was my 1st time ordering from Paula Young and I was so disappointed with the wigs. The quality and color of the wigs were not what I ordered and I returned the wigs and they did not refund me because supposedly I opened the package from the wrong end which is a LIE!!! I know how to open packages. I took my time opening it because I knew it was not the color I ordered but I wanted to see if I would try this color but I did not like it.

I ordered a wig and it was not as the picture showed at all. I called them and was told to ship it back and I would be refunded even for the shipping. I shipped it back and I paid for that, but then I called to see if they received the wig and they did, but would not refund me for the shipping that they charged me. They lied to me and the wig was longer than the one I ordered and no bangs. Was NOT like the picture at all. Will never order from Paula Young again!! Just wanted to add that I did receive my refund after they charged me a $19 restocking fee and the $14 for shipping. I got a refund of $64.00 and I paid $88.00 plus the $14 I paid to ship it back because it did not match the wig I ordered!!!! They didn't bother to tell me that there would be a restocking fee!!

At this point I'm very disappointed. I have ordered before and was always vet satisfied....I ordered over a month ago and received no confirmation or info. I waited several weeks then called. I was told it was back ordered and would be in a few weeks later and I would receive a shipping confirmation. It's been a week past that date and still no info. I called again and was told it would be another month!!! I'm disappointed that it's been so Ling but more so because no information. Needless to say I've cancelled the order. Yes and very disappointed 😞

I purchased a wig on February 26th it was shipped on the 27th and it's not moving at all. I purchased it because I have to have an operation on March 18th and I've tried to call to see if it will be here and they keep saying they were having problems with their phones. I've never had this problem before with Paula Young but I just want them to tell me if it will be moving soon
