Paula Young wigs are fantastic! Especially for the money! I have over 100 wigs, most between $150 and $250. Sadly for me I didn't take a chance on PY until I had spent a small fortune on more expensive wigs. More expensive doesn't always mean better, just different. PY has alot of basic cap wigs without all the bells and whistles that not everyone needs all the time. I am one of those people. When I am just running around the house or gardening, running to PO or store real fast a basic cap I can throw on and out the door is perfect. That said some of my favorites are basic cap wigs. Now you can still buy lots of more expensive basic caps but why would you want to when the cap, color, styles and hair fibers are awesome on PY. Give PY a try, you won't be sorry. Look on YouTube for reviews and see for yourself.

1 star because zero isn't an option. Paula Young is a classic bait & switch scam. You might get what you ordered the 1st time, but you never will again. Save your money, spend $80-$90 more somewhere else, and get a quality product. Paula Young is infamous & I know from experience that all the bad reviews are justified

Ordered from catalog and was sent a letter stating i owed more money, never said why. I returned package the day I received it, 3 months later received a check for $1.19. My order was $30.80. When I called was told there is a restocking fee. Terrible to first time customers. I’ll never order from paula young and will tell everyone to not order from them

I actually did really like this company the first couple purchases I made with them. I am a licensed cosmetologist that helps people with cancer find wigs that are like their hair,comfortable and natural looking. I purchased for a client that was losing her hair within a couple weeks due to treatments and waited very patiently. However I did not see in a timely manner, so I contacted the company and they informed me they discontinue the wig I chose and purchased. I was never contacted about and my client of course continued to message me waiting for the product. I should have been informed promptly of my purchase of this situation. I sell many wigs my self and am very sad of the customer service of this company as I did truly like the wigs I picked. I never write reviews but feel people should know of this kind of issue as it very much disrupted my situation that could have been a problem that I was informed about promptly and then not an issue. Very unhappy with the company.

Very reliable company, easy to reach on the phone, prices are reasonable and there are no restocking fees as with many other wig companies. Refunds are a bit slow. I wish they had more of the higher quality wigs with lace fronts and mono tops but otherwise this company s a safe bet.

I decided to try out Paul Wigs and ordered 3 items from them. I received their confirmation for my order and what they would charge my credit card. When I received the order the packing slip showed a different amount and my credit card was also charged a higher amount. I called and emailed to try and resolve but no luck. Finally my bank had to intervene as the charges on the invoice did not match the higher amount charged to my credit card. Checked my statement and they reimbursed me the disputed amount, however they debited my statement again for an even higher amount. Will never deal with this company again.

I have ordered 5 wigs from paula young and have loved everyone. the service is awesome the girls are wonderful. I am getting ready to order 2 more. my mother had ordered her wigs from Paula young forever. this company is one that you can trust.

I ordered a wig and velvet grip headband. They only shipped the headband, but charged me the entire shipping and handling fee. The packing slip said the wig was backorder cancelled. I called their customer service to be told they would only refund the band price of $5.09. This is ridiculous as I can't use the headband without the wig. I got PayPal to help and am supposedly getting a partial refund of $10.94. It's better than nothing, but after reading other customer reviews, I hope I get this refund and am not charged any more from Paula Young. I will never do business with them again!
