Disappointing. Ordered $150 item on the 12th July for birthday. They shipped on the 20th. No tracking number. No confirmation until I emailed back. They said wait 3 weeks from the 20th. Just terrible. Unacceptable. I ordered two items before, that shed badly right out of the box. I thought if I get a more expensive one it would be better. Still waiting. I'm done with this company. And yeah it's for hair loss. Not funny in my opinion.

I have been a customer of Paula Youngs for nearly 6 years. I have Lupus & been on 2 different chemo for years which has painfully thinned my natural hair. I first started using paula young in 2014 when I went to wigs full time....Most wigs in Paual Youngs selection in the early days were of decent value. The wigs almost never looked like the picture other than being short, medium or long. Usually the colors were good I had to have wigs cut to the style shown in the catalog to make them work for me. One doesn't need expensive specialty wig shop, I slapped mine on & had SuperCuts cut it. Wigs generally came in two sizes. Im very experienced and have been wearing some kind of added hair for over 25 years. I always loved playing with hair. (Ladies to get the "brassy" or "shiny sheen" out of your hair let me suggest getting some "powder play" made by Big Sexy Hair. Sold on ebay & amazon. Lightly(very lightly) sprinkle entire wig & see the transformation. Hair will behave better & look natural.) I hope that tip helps! Back to Paula Young .... today I purchased a wig that was well over $100. The color & cut was nearly spot on. Not like the picture but after a bit of Powder Play...I was able to style the wig in a flattering way. However, the wig is threadbare on top. Which to my great irritation has been a reoccurring issue. The point of wearing a good wig....is so that folks don't know it's a wig. Being able to easily see the white fabric the hair is attached too....kinda gives away my secret. This threadbare problem is growing worse. I have to use a lot of smoke & mirrors to keep the illusion. I have purchased fabric pens to color the white. That has worked nicely but the wig today is so thin I'm considering sewing in a weft of hair from another wig. It shouldn't be this hard with a product that's one of their more expensive wigs but the quality has begun to become too low...that I might have to discontinue buying from them. In addition....the two different sizes have become one. Thankfully I don't have a larger sized head but one of my wigs is just too small.

BEWARE...If you don't like your product you will pretty much not get any money back. A $19.00 restocking and shipping charges are way too high. Good luck product was nothing like the picture. What a great scam way to make money.

I have been a happy customer of Paula Young Wigs for Years. Since Nov 2020, unaware, they have been charging me a reoccurring $14.95 charge. Denied thru bank. Called they said when I bought the last wigs they auto signed me up for this. I was totally unaware and this was not authorized by me. They cancelled my account and would not refund this charges. So Beware

Not sure of any wig online company Paula did give me a few good wigs but One day it didn’t and that’s when it all went south Not long after suddenly I was charged $98 to my great surprise because I’d ordered nothing Had to get a new card for safety Checked another wig place minewig’s and ordered and got for 117.00 a wig that you’d maybe wear for Halloween Found a website that mentioned reputable wig companies and Paula young was on there Decided I’d try again and received a good wig But suddenly they took 14.95 out of my account for their paula young platinum plus Immediately emailed and told them I never ordered this or signed up and wanted my money back They responded they’d cancel my membership but of course no money It took me long enough to realize they are completely unethical and will literally steal your money Please take my advice and stay away from them Don’t know what to do about a wig but they’ve gotten my last dollar Yep had to get another card

I just received the Dance wig #A2070 in soft pewter. I could not be happier! I have 5 or 6 other PY wigs, and this is the best one by far. I took it out of the box, shook it very gently and placed it on my head. It fit perfectly and looks very natural. It was hard to tell in the picture if it was a rooted color or not, meaning there are dark roots at the part, but I was glad to find out that it was! Also, if you like lots of flippy layers in the back, this is your wig! The sides are shorter "flips" and could be a bit longer, but over all, it is perfect!

I purchased 3 wigs from them. 2/3 were defective, the last one was shredded with 3-4 inches of hair missing on the side and back. This place is a sham, DO NOT buy anything nfrom them. They will be bankrupt by 2022.

sent wrong COLOR AND WIG SIZE. To send back they charge a exzorabant re-stocking fee plus more shipping fee. Do not buy from this company. BUYER BEWEARE!!!!!!!
