Horrible, horrible experience with this company. I ordered a wig on 4/10/2020. I had something come up and needed to cancel the order the next day on 4/11/2020. My order was only processing, it had not shipped. When I called to cancel it, I was told the authorization that was being held on my account would be released within 24-48 hours. On that following Tuesday, I called back because the authorization was still there and it’s holding up my money. Again, I was told to please give it until Thursday, another 48 hours. Well today, April 21, 2020 the authorization hold is STILL on my account, they still not have released it. I gave up calling them, so I started a complaint with the BBB because this is unethical business practices that should be illegal. The BBB informed me they have taken on my case to try to help me get my money back. Will NEVER ever order for this horrible place again. Buyers beware!! Update: it’s now 5/6/2020 and I still haven’t received my money back for a wig that was never shipped, never received, nothing. Please, please beware of this business. I would never want this to happen to anyone else.

Horrible return policy. The wigs and colors you order are not what you see in catalog. Haircuts completely wrong. Do not buy from them

Bought the Logan wig...with all the fees a 49.99 wig ended up costing 69.00. Returned wig because it was too small only to find out AFTER it was returned that I can only get a credit of $45.04 not a refund. I will never purchase from this crooked company again. They suck. If I could award a negative rating I would.

I ordered a wig, didn’t like so I used the smartpost return label an the package is lost! I spoke to mailmen, spoke to Paula Young’s customer service on 4 different occasions, received different answers as to why they can’t provide the tracking number from the smartpost that was placed inside the box with the item I ordered! The USPS can not help me without a tracking number. Now I’m sitting her on hold waiting for over an hour to speak with a supervisor for Paula Young! Do not order an return n package, because if it gets lost you are just out of money an item! Never again!!

After a horrific accident and all the medicines I was taking, I really noticed how thin my hair was getting, so I decided on trying a wig and so blessed that I found this website. The Shannon wig looks SO REAL and NATURAL and I even fooled my in laws, and those at church.

BEWARE: IF you can hold you temper long enough to get thru their ridiculous phone system you will get this: They gave me free shipping, came back a month later and went into my bank account without my permission and charged me $9.99 shipping because "they made a mistake ". They charged me another $8+ to return the wig and took that off the return money I was entitled to ONLY if I bought ANOTHER wig with an additional "9.99 shipping charge which she "would wave this one time". I told them I wanted to cut my losses and get away from them. I will go bald before I buy from these scammers.🤬

Wigs are fine. Prices are good. Ordering is easy. But beware if you ever need to return a wig from Canada. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I often don’t believe these negative reviews, or think they are the exception, until it happened to me! The worst thing was someone in their receiving company helped themselves to a shopping spree using my credit card information! 1. The “pre-paid” label they send is not pre-paid. You have to pay Canada Post’s high fees. 2. The tracking info was not updated when received. Canada Post said it was received but there is something strange happening at the location that they were not at liberty to say. 3. Even though received, it takes at least 45 days for the Canada receiver to communicate this with the US company. (Supposedly they wait until they have a bulk shipment). So it takes a long time to receive a credit. (I did eventually get a credit toward an exchange and finally received a wearable wig about 3 months after I first placed the order.) 4. Phoning them is very annoying. Once you get through the automated system and wait for a live agent, they keep placing you on hold. Speaking to a regular agent is useless for anything other than a simple order. The supervisors are OK, if you can handle the wait to get one. 5. Then the credit card company called me to say my card had been compromised. There were charges in Ontario to the US card that I had only used with Paula Young. I called the company about this, and the supervisor just kept repeating “I am so sorry”. In short: • do not order from this company if you are unsure about the wig. • Read the reviews carefully. (Watch out for way too much hair at the front.). • If you have to return, insist on sending it to the US rather than the Canadian company.

Nothing like the picture, it was a joke. Supervisor promised I would not have to pay shipping when it was returned. My credit did not show that and I was charged for shipping. When I called they said there was nothing wrong with it........so after hour on the phone twice they wold not give me the name of the company President or someone I could write to. I was a good customer and referred a lot of people, not any more.
