I called to order an item, but I was not sure of my color. The operator stated she could send me two of the grey color swatches. This was January 2021. I called again the first of February as well as the first of March. Today my call revealed that there is no record of my calls. I can see why this company has such a low rating.

What a nightmare ordering from Paula Young. They can't find my order, another wig is backordered and won't come for another 2 months and then on top of that....they won't refund me what I paid for the wig and they also want an extra $20 for restock. WHAT A SCAM!!!

PY wigs are very good value for money. I compare them favourably with high-end basic cap wigs. They are well made, lots of hair, no wefts showing, nice ear tabs and often have Velcro adjusters. They fit well, are true to size. You’re not getting a $300 wig, but you aren’t paying anything near that, either. Great colours and styles. They could really improve how they deal with disputes though. And you’ll never know if you have a credit with them, they don’t notify you, or allow you to access or claim it easily. Their international shipping charges are brutal. Tidy up customer service and it would be a good company to deal with.

I ordered 2 wigs and one was returned I was told if I sent it back within two weeks they will exchange with a small fee for one that I replaced it with I sent it back the next day and that was last September I have called numerous times and always told it was in the process of being sent I am still waiting I paid for 2 wigs and only have one Worst company I have ever dealt with

I am a relatively new customer. Up to now I have returned two wigs because of style and fit. the returns were very easy, and I understand a service fee is necessary. The 3rd wig was great, however I did not get the 20 % off. When I called the representative she got hot with me, when I did not understand that I was given only 20% on original order and not the exchanges. Also she said I didn't use the promo on the returns, but kept repeating I got the 20% off the original order. I' m confused and may look for a new wig company unless I am called by a more cordial representative. Sad, because customer service is key today with internet orders.

My mom has been buying wigs from them for years they usually were pretty nice and natural looking. She just bought a new one and received it today. Vicki absolutely horrible looks like a hack job and so fake and cheaply made. I'd give zero Stars if she is so dissapointed, says she won't return it cuz it cost too much to send it back.

This is a scam. They pre-populate the box at checkout that automatically enrolls you in a platinum membership. My 90 year old mother who Lives on social security has had $14.95 taken out of her checking every month for 9 months. When I contacted them, they nlew me off and did nothing to help. Despicable.
