Paula young wigs take months to recieve.I waited almost 2 months to get the wrong color.I regrefully had to return my two wigs.I paid extra to recieve them faster ,which has proven to be a waste of money.They have had my return for 10 days and have yet to process my items. After i recieve them i wont be ordering from them again. A womans hair is nothing to be so flip about . Very displeased with the way orders are handeled .

The shipping is absolutely horrible and the quality isn't that great either. I placed an order on February 9, 2022. Paula Young claims the free shipping takes 5-7 days. Their website shows no tracking information for my order. After navigating the customer service robot and finally getting a live agent, the representative gave me a "Pitney Bowes" tracking number. Information for the entry hasn't been updated since Feb. 11th and states the package is still at a shipping facility in Massachusetts. During another call today, another Paula Young rep claims the package is in Illinois.

After one order they billed my AMEX $14.95. I was told i clicked on a promo to receive free shipping? Doubtful. I called to cancel and its not even with Paula Young? A month later i still have not received a credit. WHen i called the gentlemen said - "Yes, I see we cancelled - did you want a refund"? Then i placed an order with a nice promotion and got two different prices and was not able to go back to the lesser cost. Wigs are not bad but shady business especially for people who really need these wigs.

I love the wig I ordered, but the problem was that they processed the order three times. Original was sale price and the other two were not, each charged different amounts. 1 I received. 1 I never received but they will not refund anything. 1 returned and they will not refund anything. But I've paid three times. They also tried to put a monthly charge of $14.95 monthly for being a platinum member which I never agreed to. Now they have turned rude and won't even check into anything further.

I just purchased my first 2 wigs from Paula Young, met the requirement for free shipping, entered the code for free shipping, made sure I was not being charged, then submitted my payment. After submitting my payment method, the amount changed, and I was charged for shipping. I called tonight, for their 24 hour 'customer service', and the reviewers saying they were rude, were 100% correct. She was rude. I was advised that in order to receive free shipping, I had to be billed a second time, not to worry, and the other submission would fall off. I have NEVER had any company tell me they had to bill me a second time to fix an issue with over billing, I even clarified to ensure I heard her correctly, and I had. Needless to say, I did not authorize the second charge to correct the billing issue, and am calling to freeze my debit card, to void any potential issues.

Be very careful about purchasing from this company, they do not honor their return policy at all! I purchased four wigs, two of which were Clearance & not eligible for a refund (store credit only), which I understood & agreed to. Two WERE eligible for a refund, & I followed their return instructions to a T. After they received the two back that qualified for a refund of $79.86, I was told through email that I would receive a store credit only. I have emailed, called customer service twice, to no avail. One of the wigs was later changed to a Clearance item, but it was NOT Clearance when I purchased it. They are evasive, & I am having to contact my credit card company to get them involved. Be very cautious with this Company, I am thoroughly dismayed at their lack of competent customer service!

PY color chart has either changed dramatically or I was simply sent the wrong color wig. PY would not replace the wig without charging me return postage ($8.00) & a restocking fee (19.00). Terrible customer service policy when they won’t correct their own mistake.

Placed order. One month later, no contact from company. Call to customer service when informed the wig is no longer available. Asked why I was not notified, associate simply apologized and asked if I needed any further assistance. Horrible Customer Service.
