I ordered an arrangement for delivery. The website says "free delivery today if ordered by 2 pm". I received a text message a few hours later that their supplier hadn't come and they would guarantee delivery the next morning, couldn't get it delivered today. The next day, around noon, I received another text message that their supplier hadn't come, and they were not going to be able to deliver at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SCAM

I’m pissed off! I ordered flowers for my sister 60th birthday and was told that it would be delivered on her bday. It wasn’t, got a call that they would deliver a more spectacular arrangement that I paid for….the day after. 2 days later a bouquet was delivered was a $50 bouquet at best…, I hate carnations and that was the majority with a couple of Star Gazer lilys. I spent over $125 and I’m pissed!!!!

Thought I was ordering from a local flower shop in my home town. The website is a hoax!! Ordered flowers for a dear 85 year old woman who lost her husband. I am a nurse, suddenly I'm getting calls from them on a very busy day, saying they can't find the address. "Our GPS says this is an apartment building." I responded, it's a tiny little house just drive there you will see it. Oh, we are located in Fort Lauderdale. Oh really. Not Iowa. OK, who is making up the flowers for your company in Iowa, we can't tell you that ma-am. Needless to say, 3 days later, after I have ordered from a local company (I will take the time to do my due diligence next time, it's just I was soooo tired at the time I ordered), Door Dash called me to say they couldn't find the address. I unloaded on the poor fellow and then he reminded me hey, I just am delivering flowers, my sister is also a nurse and I am so sorry. So ya, this is still pending on my credit card, it will be disputed if they really think they can get away with charging me. BTW, I asked him where he delivered the flowers from, the cheapest grocery store in town!. Don't let the pretty "Patricia" fool you into ordering flowers just saying.

Ordered a large spray for a funeral for an employee. 4 hours before the funeral they call and say they cannot deliver the flowers? Who can do that? DO NOT EVER USE THEM FOR FLOWER DELIVERY!!! Why would you take an order that you cannot fill? Total fraud!

Where do I start? We had an employee pass away. The flowers they delivered looked like a child made the arrangement. The flowers were 6 different kind of flowers all of not matching. I called customer services and complained. They asked me for a photo. I was in a church for a funeral and didn't bring my phone. I was told several times I needed a photo of their work? Are you kidding me??? They don't know what arrangement they made? I then called my father he was still at the burial site. He snaped a photo for me and I emailed them the disgusting flowers. Patricia's Petels then emailed me saying I agreed to the designer's choice because they ran out of flowers. So, they run out of flowers and throw whatever garbage they have on hand to make funeral arrangements? Needless to say this place is a scam! They should be embarrassed and ashamed this is the kind of work they provide. Don't buy from this place! There work is garbage not worth $320.00.

I ordered a fruit basket ($75 + $15 service fee) for a family that just lost their daughter tragically. When they got in touch with me they told me the fruit was rotting and bruised. When I emailed the florist they gave me $10 refund but they couldn’t replace my order with a planter because of “shortages”. Wth. I have never done business with a business that doesn’t try to make it right!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.

Appears to be a scam or a fake site. They are not a local florist as they portray and the flowers never made it to my uncle's funeral. Shame on them.

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentines day and received a text (not a call) on the 15th stating that they are not going to be able to deliver my order. When I called Deanna from the company she did not return my call or respond to a text I sent back. There is something about flowers that are special and you would think that individuals within the company would understand this and take some level of extra pride. They are not selling vacuums or screwdrivers here but rather something that all of us consider very personal. If you read this I would make the assumption that this company is a fraud.
