I placed an order on February 2, 2022 to be delivered on valentine's day. On February 10th I received an e-mail stating that due to supply chain issues my order would be cancelled. I called and spoke with customer service and they could not give me a reason why. When I asked if orders placed after mine were being cancelled as well they could not answer. I asked for a supervisor and was told one was not available and the supervisors could not return calls. DO NOT order from this business.

Big mistakes on my part by rushing with my order without research Flowers delivered was not close to the photo on website plus balloon ordered had not never delivered and co needed to "review" my order. In addition they add service fee??? to the order that was not disclosed at checkout.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed an order and it was not delivered as requested, instead the order was cancelled due to a supply issue but we were not notified until AFTER the funeral. We are based in Texas and the funeral was in Louisiana so we had no idea the arrangement was not delivered on behalf of our company. Rating should be ZERO

Spent over $100 on a floral arrangement to deliver . First call to check on why they weren’t delivered as scheduled , they said they were delivered to the office. Second call later in the day after intended recipient didn’t locate them, they said they couldn’t deliver because the address was wrong . The company called the recipient and she gave them the exact location, third day , they said they couldn’t deliver because the address was non existent . Refused to refund me my money , said the product was made. Scam business , answering service gave me the run around each time. Cannot speak with the business directly .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and gave the florist all my credit information. Patricia petals florist called me late in the day to tell me they couldn't deliver any flowers the truck didn't come in. They said the truck wouldn't come in all week. Now they have all my credit information and I have no flowers. I should have read the reviews first.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I wish I could do O stars. They took my order for same day hospital delivery after a lengthy process and then 2 people called an hour later to say they didn’t have flowers that day. And they already charged my credit card.

So heart broken. I ordered flowers 3 days before a co-workers funerals. At the funeral I noticed I did not see the beautiful spray of flowers I had ordered. When we returned back to work the day after the funeral there was a phone call saying that they had no way of delivering the flowers to the church on the day of the funeral but could deliver them the day after the funeral. This is crazy. Who does this to someone. We asked for a refund. Thanks for making his work/co-workers look like we didn't care enough to send flowers.

Update: Patricia's Flowers never charged our card for payment. The order was cancelled because they could not get component deliveries to make the arrangement. Feb/2022 As I read other reviews, I see I have been scammed. Funeral arrangement for our father...in short an hour before we arrive we get a text saying they won't have the flowers "on time", I called and expressed disappoint and within a half hour "now they don't have stock" and will refund our money. We were heart broken to not have the flowers there, but now I'm angry that they have my money.
