Used Patricias Petals to send an 88 year old woman in assisted living some flowers and candy for valentine's day. At the end of the day, after I made an inquiry, i was told that the order had been cancelled because of "supply issues." I would get a refund. Of course, I would get a refund, but that does not help an elderly lady who has been like a mother to me and who would have loved a gesture of remembrance on Valentine's day. Dispicable.

This was absolutely the worst service I…
This was absolutely the worst service I have received anywhere. Ordered the floral arrangement for a funeral on 2-7-2022 to be delivered 2-14-2022. I received a call Saturday saying they did not have the exact flowers but would still be able to make one. Today, 2-14-2022, one day before the funeral, they call and tell me they don't have any flowers there or being delivered so they are refunding my money. What a load of crap. I do hope this review get posted so no other unsuspecting soul falls for their advertising scheme. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

If I could do zero stars I would
If I could do zero stars I would
Here is what I sent to their Customer Service because I don't want to type it all out in this review.
I ordered a flower arraignment for my mother's funeral from all of her Grandchildren and did not get anything near to what we ordered.
I ordered the 1st attachment and received the 2nd attachment
Patricia Petals did text me from (862) 658-6184 and call me to tell me that what I ordered was out of stock and you needed to use a vase instead of the standing arrangement. I was not happy about that and should have cancelled right there but your Customer Service person talked me into the vase explaining to me that I would still have the same number of flowers as the one I ordered, so I agreed to that. What I received, the 2nd picture attached did not even come close to the number of flowers I ordered and paid for. In fact, what I received only had 7 flower steams, 7 !!!!!! so you could imagine how upset I was. There was not even a single rose in the arrangement and flowers in the arraignment that were not even in the order.
Another issue was I asked for the flowers to be delivered on Feb 11th so they would be there before the funeral started on Feb 12th. I even called on the 11th at 5:28 PM to make sure the flowers were delivered so I would not have to worry about them. When we arrived on Feb 12th, no flowers, nothing!!!! I called Patricias Petals to find out what happened to them at 9:11 AM and they put me on a forever hold and final came back and said they could have them delivered by 10:30, REALLY!!!!! Again, the viewing was at 9:30 and the Funeral Services started at 10:30. A delivery at 10:30 was way too late which I told them and so they put me on hold again and then told me they would have them at the funeral home by 10:00 AM, what could I say at that point, so I said fine. Again, I should have cancelled them. When they arrived at 10:05 the delivery person snuck in and quietly placed the flowers on some random table by the front door of the funeral home and left quickly. If I was not standing right there watching them, I may have missed them entirely.
I am extremely upset and was embarrassed with the arrangement. I was mourning the loss of my mother but instead had to take time with the flouriest to make sure they did their job, that I paid for. I could have picked up what I received from the grocery store for $25.00 and had them there on time!!!!
I am disputing the amount you charged me and would like a full refund of my money for $165.78 due to the fact that:
1. There was not the same number of flowers in the arrangement that I received as what I ordered 2. They arrived a day late, and barely in time for what I bought them for 3. When they arrived, I was embarrassed to even show people what the Grandchildren bought their grandmother 4. The time that it took me away from my family and friends worrying about a flower arrangement instead of mourning for my mother.
5. And the fact that I now have to deal with this the day after the funeral when I should be resting to recover from the funeral

This florist is a joke
This florist is a joke. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service on February 7, 2022. The service was on February 12, 2022. I am out of state on the West coast and three hours behind their time. On the day of the funeral they called me at 6:30am my time... a little more than an hour before the service... to tell me they couldn't deliver my order!! What!? they said that a delivery driver wasn't available! What!? Ridiculous. There was nothing I could do from my distance. I tried another florist, but an hour lead time was impossible. I would NOT trust Patricia's Petals in the future. You would be better off trying another florist is the area. Very poor service.

I ordered an arrangement for my nephews…
I ordered an arrangement for my nephews funeral. After choosing what I wanted from their website I called to make sure it would be what was pictured and was assured it would be. It was a far cry from the picture. Not worth what I paid for it. Very unhappy. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers almost 2 weeks ahead…
I ordered flowers almost 2 weeks ahead of time for Valentines. They called me today (the 11th) and told me they were out of the flowers to go with the roses. I told them they could sub them. 2 hours later they called and said they could not fill my order... 3 DAYS BEFORE VALENTINES!!! Horrible!

My story is the same as every other…
My story is the same as every other review listed. This company does not deliver flowers as far as I can tell. Ordered flowers for a birthday, instructed delivery with phone number and delivery area... No flowers.

Funeral flowers non-delivered
On Wednesday Feb. 2, I ordered a lovely floral tribute for my friend's husband's funeral at their church on Saturday, Feb. 5. Patricia's Petals acknowledged the order in writing and charged me for it. They called me that no one was at the church on Thursday (we had a lot of snow), but a Friday or early Saturday morning delivery would have worked. On Saturday there were many floral tributes but I could not find the one I had ordered and wondered if I had missed seeing it. At 9:04 a.m. on Mon. Feb. 7 an employee from Patricia's Petals called me to say that the flowers had NOT been delivered due to a "glitch." They had the audacity to suggest delivering the flowers to the bereaved family that Monday. The "glitch" fabrication is not believable, as they had written confirmation of all the information prior to any "glitch" that could have occurred. They said they would refund my money, but so far it has not posted to my account (in fairness, it may be too early to have posted). I should have read the reviews, which are overwhelmingly not even poor, but bad. Many people experienced a similar non-delivered funeral order. Caveat emptor!
