DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted something really nice for a funeral. They showed me a picture on the internet and I said, no that it wasn't nice enough. They said they had a much larger plant with flowers that was more costly, but it would be beautiful. I wanted something really nice, so I agreed to the much higher price. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the plant, I was mortified. It was smaller and cheaper than the less costly picture online, yet they charged me way more than the one online. I was so embarrassed to have my name on the card of such a pitiful plant. They charged me for a premiere large plant with flowers and I received a puny plant without flowers. When I called to complain they day after the funeral, they said I had to send a picture of the plant to them. I explained that I didn't think to take a picture at the funeral and I didn't feel it was appropriate. They said they couldn't do anything. They promise you the world and give you the gutter.

This is a sham operation! THIS NOT A LOCAL FLORIST AS IT PORTRAYS ITSELF. Charged the money to my account and I no sooner hung up the phone and got an email stating there was a supply chain issue and they could not deliver any flowers and were crediting my account. They offered no other solution, just that they were out of any resource for flowers. Why take all the information, hope I don't get hacked or my card gets compromised.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE florist!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! On 3/29/22 I placed an order on their website to be delivered on 3/30/22 to a friend in the hospital. I went out of town, and could not follow up until today, 4/5/22. The arrangement was never received, called to find out why, was told that the driver had vehicle issues that day, and did not make the delivery. They never bothered to call me to let me know that!! So now my friend is still in the hospital, and I look like a total cold-hearted and thoughtless friend. 😡 They won’t even resend the order because they say they’re short on product. When you call them you’re not even calling the actual florist. It’s a call center. On top of all of that you’re charged for the order, tax, delivery, and then an additional $16 for a service charge! They are at least refunded my full amount, but still does not make up for what they did. I mean what they didn’t do.

DO NOT USE! 1 star only because I couldn't leave 0. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

I gave one star because I couldn’t write this if I didn’t put something down. Paid $69.00 for a ‘deluxe’ bouquet for my granddaughter, picking them for the proximity to her house and it looks terrible, mostly cheap mums instead of the daisies they pictured. They didn’t even put the stinking curling ribbons on the very ugly vase they substituted for the cute round bowl. I could have gotten better flowers from Costco, filled my car with gas and delivered them myself for less. When I complained I was told I would get a $12.49 refund that would take 3-5 days. That’s less than two percent. ‘John’ also attached a two page ‘terms and conditions’ (what florist has that?) to back up his reasoning. I wish I had checked the reviews. Shame on me, it was an expensive lesson. Apparently, seeing all the other people’s bad experiences Patricia’s Petals doesn’t care about bad reviews either.

Ordered flowers with beautiful dove vase for mother's birthday. It was not delivered. I called and they said they would look into it and call me back. I didn't receive a call back, so I called again a day later. They said I had cancelled the order. I told them I did not cancel the order and they said it was already refunding. I asked who authorized the cancellation again and this time Owen said it was cancelled because the dove vase was not available. Very, very disgusted with their service. I still have not received the email about the cancellation and when I asked for a cancellation confirmation he said he couldn't give me one. Hopefully I get my money back from this dishonest business.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! I called and place order yesterday morning at 10:30am. Specifically requested it be delivered same day. Received confirmation email of payment and that it would be delivered on same day. Recipient never received the plant/flower arrangement. I called, no answer. I emailed, no answer. I never received a phone call from them either. Today, I received a call from them and I called them right back. Some man said they tried to call me several times yesterday to see if they could deliver today. This IS a complete lie!! They never tried calling me at all!! When I called him out on it he said he could deliver today. I declined and told him I want a refund. He said he would refund and send me confirmation. He has yet to do it. I have called my credit card company and reported them and our lawyer. I will NOT let this go. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. People like them need to be stopped. They are thieves!!!

They do not deserve a star. Paid for a deluxe arrangement and chocolates. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I paid for and was sparse, not a deluxe!! Oh and no chocolates. I complained and said I wanted a new bouquet and chocolates sent and he basically said he didn’t care. Says they are giving me a $20 refund…….the chocolates alone were $12.00. The bouquet was embarrassing and made me look cheap to my friend.
