patriciaspetals.comReviews of patriciaspetals.com

This business is a COMPLETE SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 days ahead of time and called 8 times throughout the day to be told I'm "in the que" for delivery today. Then at the end of the day when everyone else is closed, they text you to ask for delivery tomorrow! They are NOT local as the lead you to believe. Waiting for a refund, but not holding my breath! STAY CLEAR!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Unfortunately (we should have googled the company first) we placed an order for flowers for my sister-in-law in Carrollton, Oh, who is recovering from surgery from Patricia's Petals. Per their ad that come up via a duck duck search they have been serving the Carrollton community for over 4 decades. (See their add here: patriciaspetals.com Florist Carrollton Oh - Voted Best OH Florist We Take Pride in Delivering Top Quality, Hand-arranged Bouquets. Family Owned. Patricias Petals has been serving our community for over 4 decades.Hand arranged & delivered · Unmatched Prices · Unmatched Quality) Based on the ad we thought they were the best florist to use in Carrollton. After several days we contacted our sister-in-law only to find that the flowers were NEVER delivered. We called Patricia's Petals. When we finally got through, the person talking said the order was cancelled due to supply chain issues and that our money would be returned. They never told us the order was cancelled. Fortunately, to date, they have not charge our credit card account. We googled them and were SHOCKED with the many BAD reviews on this bogus company. Why has the BBB not shut them down. There is something like 181 complaints at the BBB. I had to give one star to give this review but a zero stars is what I assign.

I would give Patricia's Petals -5 stars if I could. They aren't in Clifton Springs, NY as they portray. They didn't give the flowers I ordered. In fact, they delivered old flowers that actually looked like they were dying. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!

I can only agree with all the disappointments. Better order from someone else. they do not deliver what they advertise.

FRAUD - SCAM ALERT. If you have ordered flowers through this scam company notify your bank immediately. The company will claim to be in the city where you want flowers delivered. They will even claim flowers have been delivered when they were not. Wish I had read the voluminous reviews about this fraud and scam online before ordering. Lesson learned. Update: working through my bank’s fraud department, was able to get credit card cancelled and replaced. Continued to press this company hard for full refund and my bank confirmed charge was reversed this afternoon. Still no credible explanation on why flowers were never delivered, and why their staff reported they had been delivered.

I placed 3 orders with Patricia's Petals this week. One to be delivered in California and two to be delivered in Louisiana. The afternoon that the flowers are to be delivered, when it's too late to order from someone else, I got a call saying they were unable to deliver the flowers because they didn't get enough flowers from their distributor. The same message for all three orders. When I questioned them about it, all they said was, they were sorry. This organization is a fraud. They advertise that if you order before 2:00 pm they can deliver the same day. They can't even deliver the next day. The order that was supposed to be delivered today cannot go out until Monday. Save yourself some aggravation and order from someone else.

Terrible customer service. Don't think you're going to get what you ordered, bacause you won't!!! Ordered a bouquet 12 days before scheduled delivery date and had to call twice to even get the delivery. My flowers were substituted and they were replaced with a much cheaper bouquet, but charged me the same place. Run away from this company!!!!

This was a major order for a Funeral for my Godfather/Uncle. He was a very dear person to me. Dennis from Patricia's Petals kept me on hold for almost an half an hour calling the church where the visitation and funeral was. They told me they could do the order. I fell asleep thinking everything was done for my order after looking at their emailed receipt. Later on after they closed I seen they sent me a text saying that a small arrangement that was added to my BIG order was not available and if I could substitute different flowers in that order. The small order was a favor to someone else. So I checked my credit card and no charge from them. They were suppose to deliver it the day before the funeral. I texted them and called and finally heard from them 4 minutes before the visitation saying they couldn't do anything because I didn't get back with them immediately by text. I'm not married to my cell. I thought everything was finalized. I stressed the importance of these flowers to Dennis when I ordered them with him. I think he should have at least delivered my big order that I stressed was most important even if the added small arrangement wasn't available. The small arrangement wasn't important! They knew the big one was. I was SO UPSET. I was ready to call my lawyer. I still might. NEVER, EVER, DO IMPORTANT BUSINESS WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!!!! They had the nerve to ask me if they could do a home delivery 2 hours after the burial. I told them "No" there's no home to deliver them to. The funeral is over with.
