… please do not even think about using Patrica’s Petals! My Mother received the flower’s ,today ,9/15. However, the flowers aren’t even close to what was ordered from your website. First , I had to authorized substitution of some orange flower to orange daisies. Second, I had to authorize instead of lilies to roses which I agreed to yellow roses. However, there was 1 yellow and the rest were red carnations! Listen to our recordings , I specifically said that my mother hates red and wanted only yellow trying to keep in the tones of flowers purchased. Thirdly, there was red Berry things in the arrangement. Four, there was wheat grass straws? Not in online arrangement??? Fifth, the online arrangement is in a vase and a basket of flowers arrived. Six, the order was supposed be delivered on her birthday 9/14 and I had to agree to 9/15. Using you company via Ivan’s in Delaware ,local shop, has been a total disaster! By the way, Ivan’s included there information in the order and not Patrica’s Petals. I am requesting that you with credit my card back or reship my original order, from another vendor that can supply my order as shown on line. Otherwise, I will refute the payment on my credit card. Also, I’ll write a terrible online review based on the above facts. I cannot express my disappointment with the service and product . OUTCOME: Refunded $29 on $80 order and the below email. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we also thank you for letting us know about this matter.  We will make sure that this will be communicated properly to impose corrective actions and  to avoid this kind of scenario in the future.  In efforts to make this right we will be issuing you a refund of $29.19 next day. I have also attached the policy for your reference, and it is also available on our website as well. Thank you and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Ordered a deluxe bouquet. Not what I got. For $80, I expected the bouquet to look just like the picture on their website. Ugly vase, no ribbon as shown in Deluxe photo, and very few flowers, unlike photo. Highly disappointed!

The same story as others. Not a local florist, called & said d/t supply issues they couldn't deliver the arrangement. Its a pending charge on my account, I've contacted our bank so that the charge won't go through. Worthless online scam.

Wish I had read reviews before using this florist, Patricia's Petals. Ordered a 'Peaceful Memories Cross Bouquet' for my cousin's Calling and Funeral Service. Received a call from the florist on the day and at the time the arrangement should have already been there. The caller stated they had no crystal cross to put in the arrangement, but they could add flowers to make up for the missing cross. Because I was not physically able to attend, I had no way of knowing how the arrangement looked. They delivered it during the funeral service, according to my brother...too little little too late. Also, their "Customer Service" rating is big "O." They told me I would have to provide a photo of the actual arrangement delivered (which was late) before they would consider even looking into my complaint. How many people take a photo of the arrangement they order for a funeral?! I will NEVER use this florist again, and I highly DO NOT RECOMEND them.

Website looked good so I ordered a lovely funeral arrangement for a special family member. Received order & confirmation numbers by email. Next day called customer service to verify delivery. Was told order was cancelled. He lied by saying I was notified. Never heard on any of my 3 points of contact. DO NOT LIE. I scrambled to find another florist. Wish I had called them originally. Be sure, I will NEVER ever use Patricia's Petals.

I ordered Roses at 9:30 in the morning with instructions that they must be there by 12pm. the lady stated most likely by 1pm... so I agreed. At 5:14pm they still did not arrive, and I was so embarrassed. when calling to complain, it felt like i was talking to a woke robotic moron that keep repeating herself and not answering as to why they were not there at the time indicated. I will never use them again. Bottom line, they never were delivered

TERRIBLE, NIGHTMARE, SHOULD BE CLOSED BY BETTER BUSINESS!!! We ordered in advance and paid $150.00 what was delivered was worth $25.00 and was past it's prime old and started to fold in a day!!! They got the order card wrong I had to call multiple times & they never provided a corrected receipt. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!

It's hard to deacribe without offensive words. The flowers( I paid for top rated) were subpar.The choclates ( I ordered largest box) were NOT sent. Also, no special card. Under the circumstances I feel my entire purchase should be refunded. But failing that, I refuse to pay for what was not received. Please refund $56.98. .
