TERRIBLE COMPANY - do not use. Got sucked into to the local and award winning advertising and website, but these people really suck. This should be a 0 star rating. I will now have to watch closely for my refund and future unauthorized use of my credit card. It appears to be an offshore company - everyone I talked with sounded like they had Asian accents. Could be local, but given the amount of negative reviews. I wanted to give another local florist a shot - and this is what results. No flowers delivered, tried to blame it on me (order receipt time), and honestly, they just don't care.

This company deserves 0 stars! Why hasn’t the BBB shut them down? I should have looked at the reviews first, but unfortunately these acammers web page looks legitimate. Hidden fees, never got a receipt, and was told the $15 service fee (that I didn’t know about) was to insure the freshest flowers were delivered. Flowers were delivered, but they were all scrunched up. I called them last night, they told me no manager on duty, was told a manager would call me this morning, and they never did. I called back, was told the manager was with the driver because they were delivering a lot of flowers today. What a scam, and then to find out they are off shore? Detestable! DO NOT BE SUCKED IN!

Do NOT use this business. My order of almost $90 was not delivered and when I finally got hold of them, was on hold 15 minutes. They said they would call me back later after checking with drivers. They had called my sister in law o see if she’d received flowers. Their website says Serving Our Community for Over Four Decades-trying yo make it seem local.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What I ordered vs. what my mom received was not even close to the photo - not even the same color palette. Completely unacceptable. Skimpy arrangement and I am embarrassed to have sent it. If I could, I would upload the photos. Unless you want to embarrass yourself, do NOT use Patricia's Petals.

1) Flowers were NOT delivered. 2) Following day got no response as to why from customer service. Said they would call back the next day. 3) Never called back so I called them 3 times and got put on hold each time. 4) Had to call American Express to reverse charges. 5) Spent hours on the phone with customer service and got no response.

Absolutely rubbish company to deal with, avoid avoid avoid. Appalling customer service and a complete joke of a place.

DO NOT USE - I ordered flowers for a wake. They looked nothing like flowers in the picture online. When I arrived I was embarassed by how small and skimpy and unprofessional the bouquet looked. I will not use again.

Patricia’s Petals is a terrible scam of a company. Crap bouquet sent that was received was not comparable to 1) the design selected 2) the size that was paid for. They are not a “local” florist, but add a 3) “service fee” ($15 at checkout) while touting “free delivery” and then pass the order along to a willing florist who supplies nothing like what was selected.
