OBVIOUSLY, I am in the same situation as everyone here. I had a $93 arrangement being delivered & was called saying no flowers & wanted to delivered next day. I didn’t need them next day, very upset, told them ( as everyone else has done) if you called earlier I would have picked alternate flowers, which now I know wouldn’t have helped. Anyway, they offered $5 & I laughed, they agreed to refund my money in 3-5 business days. It’s been 3 wks & 5 calls later, still no refund- who’s laughing? This company is awful!!! With everyone having the exact experience how can they NOT be held accountable- please.

Do not use Patricia’s Petals!! It is a scam - I ordered a plant today for a friend that was never delivered - when I called to check on status for the delivery I kept being told that they couldn’t contact the driver but they’re “on the truck “!! When I placed my order I thought I was ordering from a private florist and asked if they were located in the town my friend lived - I was told yes - a compete lie - I realized on my last call that the “sales dept” I was talking to was actually off shore ! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

I wish I would have read these all first!!! I was told the same song and dance...supply demand..cannot order until tomorow...Will never use them again.

Pitiful!!!! Website prices have hidden fees. I ordered a basket with live plants for a man and got a tiny basket of solid PINK cut flowers. Website says no delivery fee but they charge $15 service fee. Website says u getv10% off if you give them your email. WRONG! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! This is a scam!!!!!!

This is a FRAUD. DO NOT USE! They gather your order thru their website but then will outsource the delivery and arrangement with a real, local florist so you will not receive the actual flowers that you've seen on the website. THEY CHARGE YOU WITH A HIGH PRICE BUT when they make the order to a real flower shop, they offer way less than what you've paid. Do you understand what I am trying to say? In short, DO NOT ORDER. This is the same with Terry's Florist. Google "Patricias Petals Fraud". This is the same with TerrysFlorist.com. CBS even launched an investigation.

Order for funeral flowers cancelled due to "supply chain issues." Reading the reviews about the poor quality of flowers, I guess I should be grateful they cancelled with enough time for me to get flowers from an actually local florist.

This store should not even get one star. I ordered flowers for my wife at 8 in the morning. They call me at noon to verify where the order is being delivered. Then they call back and tell me they can't deliver it until tomorrow because they don't have any flowers. W..T....F? Now it's too late to get an order delivered from a REAL business and we are just **** out of luck. Anniversary RUINED BECAUSE OF PATRICIA'S FLOWERS. I don't even think they are from the Hobart area, they all talk like they are from another country.

I should have read the reviews. I ordered a beautiful white arrangement for my brother’s funeral 6 days in advance. The day before the funeral I received a text saying that they will have to do a florists choice of fall colors because they didn’t have white flowers. They actually offered me $5.00 for the inconvenience! Unbelievable. DO NOT order anything from this company you will be disappointed
