Ive placed an order 1,5 months ago. Still hasnt arrived. They are ignoring my emails and the tracking doesjt work

I made an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. When two weeks passed and I still had not received a dispatch email I contacted them and received no response so I waited 2 days and contacted them again. They finally emailed back and said all orders will be dispatched by the end of the week. Clearly a lie as I still have no products, not even confirmation it’s been dispatched. For the price of the products you would expect the customer service to be a lot better. UPDATE So after a month and a half of going back and forth with this company’s customer service team and repeatedly being told my “order will be out by the end of the week”, to then being completely ignored they finally reached out to me to tell my my order has been cancelled and refunded due to being out of stock. Avoid ordering from the pat McGrath website at all costs this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online!!

I placed an order for a product within one minute from its official release. That was 18 days ago and I still haven't received a confirmation or a tracking number. The money was taken from my account. I contacted customer service via email and online chat and I received exactly the same reply (word for word) in both cases, saying that they experience some delays but would send out everything that week. That was last week. There is no cancellation policy, there's only an option of returning an item once you receive it. Which might be somewhere between this week and never. I don't recommend and I won't be buying again. Update 1: After 3 weeks I received an invalid tracking number. Update 2: After 4 weeks a correct tracking number was generated, but the package wasn't handed to the delivery company.

Rec'd an email advertising 25% off SITE WIDE - but the first item I tried adding to my cart it stated, that item is NOT included in the 25% off Site Wide Sale . . . don't know what "Site Wide" means to the Pat McGrath website staff, but Site Wide SHOULD mean each and every item on the website! VERY disappointing! Language is just to attract you to the sale!

I’ve placed 2 orders with them in the last 2 months, both arrived from the USA to the UK within 10 days! No hassle with customs or anything just straightforward and free shipping too! The lip balms and matte lipsticks are beautiful! Will def order from them again! Thank you

Purchased a sale item because these products are a little on the pricey side. They delivered from the US to the UK in less than a week. The packaging is quirky and the products are good quality, but not sure I will be paying full price for a product in the future when there are cheaper and equally good alternatives out there.

I had ordered the Divine Rose II palette about a month ago and the shipment was on time. However, after a couple days when I was using the palette I noticed that an entire shade was missing from the palette. The Gold Lust 001 shade was missing and there were two Bronze Rose 005 shades instead. I emailed their customer service but never received a response from them. I also left a review on their website mentioning this issue and that review was never posted either. The product is good but I am not sure it is worth the money and I don't trust them to fix the mistakes they make or be honest about them.

Loved my shopping experience here. I ordered a trio of lip glosses and an eye palette. I loved the gold glitter that sprinkles out of the packaging when you first open it too! I was worried about the products of my face due to my sensitive skin but the products were fab and I have had no reactions. I'll definitely be ordering again!
