I was weary of ordering due to the other reviews but I actually had a positive experience. I wanted to add an item to my order and this was done for me with no fuss. I also received my orders within 3 days despite the global delay in deliveries. Very happy with both the quality of the items and the customer service.

Good luck placing your order with this company. Where shall I begin? They always come up with these limited edition releases which get everyone super excited. Then you don't get your access code or the site cannot load or else you place your order and you get a notification a couple of hours later that this item is out of stock. Every single release is a mess and they never handle it well. Customer care is a total disaster. They won't even bother to help you. I don't mind shelling the money but the customer care experience you're getting is complete rubbish when considering the price tag of these items. If you want to spend your hard earned money and get treated like rubbish be my guest. I won't ever order from this site again unless they clean up their act.

my order never arrived. contacted customer service and they provided invalid tracking number which delivery company said incorrect. after reaching them again they offered refund but not the product. extremely horrible service.

where shall I begin? I placed two order mid April using PayPal to complete both purchases and the orders went through fine. then my husband wanted to treat me so I went to purchase their mothership pallets and bought to costing £172.00 (approx) the money went through same method everything was fine. but then my order was cancelled! I inquired as to why it was cancelled but wasn't given a proper answer. so I have been back and forth with customer services trying to resolve the issue as I really wanted my pallets. its now been a further 10 days and ive sent a few emails and the company has not bothered to help me out or respond to me at all. im sort of glad because I will reclaim my money some how but their eyeshades look Devine in the pallets but DO NOT have and amazing pay off. some of my HUDA BEAUTYs pallets have a better pay off. they are not worth the money or the time. pats brand is for sure up there with the luxury brands but their customer service is atrocious. im very sad and gutted and disappointment. WILL NOTTT be buying from them again, I had envisioned of creating different eye looks and buying more products but I guess not .

So, outstanding make up. I have always been someone who uses cheap make up and I have always believed higher price does not mean higher quality.In the past couple of years I tried a lot of high end brands, luckily enough to get them at more affordable prices or for free be it gifted or sent to me. Whilst I have enjoyed many items, I have not believed 99.9% of it is worth even half it's retail price. Pat McGrath Labs would be my first exception. It is steeply priced. I am lucky enough to have gotten very good deals and initially I wasn't so impressed with what I had tried but as I tried more I fell completely in love. Most products are so outstanding I pretty much don't use any other make up now. This and personally, the overall style appeals greatly to me. I am well aware of other peoples complaints about customer service. I have seen people mention their issues on instagram, facebook and now here. I personally may just be lucky but my experience with Pat McGrath customer service has been phenomenal. There have been several issues with deliveries like missing items or, duplicate items, damaged products and normally I would be quite unhappy about repeated issues but customer service has always sorted these issues out so well that I am delighted. They have sent replacements, refunds within a couple of days. They are always timely and very friendly too. Overall they handle the issues so well that I haven't docked a star. They seem to take feedback very seriously unlike many companies. I had messaged about the packaging being environmentally so wasteful and also dangerous due to ...the sequin pouches and tinsel getting everywhere. I have cats so when the sequins never seem to be completely hoovered up etc, I fear they will choke. Ever since I asked politely if there was any chance of them stopping this as I know I'm not the only one who takes issue with it, my packages have come in paper! I didn't expect any action to happen for quite a long while so I was and am delighted! PMG official website also does fantastic quarterly sales that really give you a chance to try them out without spending a fortune, well as much of a fortune. They also have great bundles which save you spending on a fortune on separate items. These bundles are ALWAYS included in the sales! I know they are steep in price but since I don't buy any other make up really anymore, and they do have such great sales, I have in reality saved a lot of money. My only 3 gripes is that their website doesn't always function properly during sales when the discount is meant to auto apply at checkout, and that their search bar can be a little tricky to work with. The final one is that they can take a good bit longer to process orders during sales, but they do warn you of it. I highly recommend.

Literally the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Do not order from this website.

I am split on this review. The products are beautiful. I own two pallets and two lipstick. Quality is there. But as you see with other reviews .... the customer service is not there. I to order on the Black Friday for the lipsticks. I ordered 6 or 7 and only getting 2 as I assume they oversold. Very disappointing. Like I said beautiful products, but very expensive and a Luxury item for sure.... would expect the service to meet the expectation of such a luxury brand.

Each brand has is prize product and for Pat it’s her eyeshadows without any doubt, Thea eyeshadow palette offer something no other palette does. Love pat and love the eyeshadows. I’ve only tired one lipstick and it was ok.
