I love this makeup l wine and I don’t have any problem ordering online also their customer service was great

I always wanted to try this brand so I decided I will surprise myself with an eyeshadow palette for Christmas. But then they had a big sale for lipsticks so I thought it would be safer if i order a few before I order a palette so i can check the brand quality etc. I ordered two lipsticks on cyber Monday when everything was still in stock, i got a confirmation email and everything went fine. Then days passed still no shipping confirmation email. I emailed them asked about my order, no response. 20 days went no shipping confirmation email so I sent them another email, no response (Keep in mind they charged me!). Another few days went by and i got my money back, no cancellation email. So I emailed them again asking what happened to my order. No response. I will never order from them again. Im super disappointed.

Ordered some lipsticks on the black Friday sale and I don't have them. Tried contacting customer service and they don't even bother reading the e-mail you send them and send a generic reply. I seem to have been lucky to even receive this going by the other comments here. I'm giving them until the end of next week and then I'm going to contact my bank to get me my money back. Considering the price of their products you would think they could employ more staff to help out.

I waited almost a whole month for my order to be send,and 2 days after I got a confirmation email that it was sent, they send me an email that one product that I ordered is out of stock and that they'll refund me for that. When I checked on tracking the order hasn't even left their warehouse! Customer servise is horrible, they just delay ther deadlines. Nothing on their website is true about timeframe for shipping, 7 days is not even close for order to be fully shipped to you, neither 2 days for them to send it. Never gonna buy from their site again. Waste of time and money
