Absolutely zero staying power. Faded before i drove 10 minutes to work. Worst lipstick i have ever owned

I love their products, but sadly, their absolute horrible and despicable Customer Service overrides their products. After placing an order with Pat McGrath and getting a confirmation as well as my card being charged immediately, two weeks later, I had not received my order let alone, any notification it had shipped with tracking information. I contacted the number listed for their company but of course it didn't work. I sent an email through the "contact us" on the confirmation email I had received when I originally ordered inquiring as to the status of my order. After another week with no response, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is not the first time this has happened, and I also notified Paypal what had transpired, that after THREE weeks, I'd not received my order, let alone, any info pertaining as to if my order had shipped, and of course, no tracking info. Paypal immediately launched an investigation, and contacted Pat McGrath Labs. And of course, I followed thru with yet another email to them, notifying them I had filed a case with the Better Business Bureau and with Paypal. Of course the very next day, I received a notification from Pat McGrath as if nothing had ever happened, containing the words "your order has shipped" with USPS tracking information. That was five days ago, and USPS is still showing that "only a label was created and my order is not in their possession." Paypal also notified me that Pat McGrath Labs informed them my order had now shipped, however it appeared they informed PayPal it was shipping via FedEx. Same tracking number, but different shipping company. FedEx showed that my order would arrive by yesterday, which it did not. Now it shows it "may" arrive today but is pending. USPS still shows only a label has been created, and it's not in their possession. This was supposedly shipped from Edison, New Jersey. While shipping delays are obviously not Pat McGrath's fault, the horrid and terrible lack of customer service is DEFINITELY the company's fault. Do Better.

Products 100% BUT! My second time ordering from Pat McGrath. I so LOVE the make up. Honestly never had so many compliments & I’ve shopped every foundation ever. But delivery to Ireland/Europe is a joke. it’s like a 4/5week lead time! It’s 2022, get a better courier, or charge a bit extra for delivery. Ordered in October, it’s now Christmas & I’ll have to buy some rubbish to wear on my face. P/$$ed off 😡

Order on 19/11, status 'awaiting carrier pickup' since 23/11. Nothing happens ...Since 5 days, I send a mail each day to the client service and no answer ! I paid 150€ for nothing. It's a shame for such an expensive brand ! I'll never order again. Update on 08/12 : I received today my order (unexpected - no follow-up) but I found the package on my doorstep, so on the street when I returned from work in the evening .... lucky it wasn't stolen!

Products have a decent colour however are cheaply made. Cheap casing and things breaking constantly. Given the price point, we expect better.

Having a horrible experience with patmcgrath labs. Made an order on the 3rd of December, didn’t receive any emails confirming shipping, or shipping number. Got in touch with them and they’ve informed that they are having delays on the shipments and sent me a link from DHL where I can check the status of my shipment, however it does not work, so I can’t see when it’s coming along. When I finally managed to check it out, it is still in NYC - although they have hubs in the UK (it’s a british based company, so what the hell) meaning it will not arrive for Christmas. It is a 700 billion worth company and it can’t manage to work properly, I am very disappointed.

In I’m US. I’ve ordered from PMG many times and approximately 50% of the time there is an issue. Sadly, quite often customer service doesn’t respond to emails until you send repeated ones. If you are lucky enough to be able to use chat, that helps. They really need a phone number! Also, their warehouse workers have so many mistakes! It’s rare that the orders are shipped accurately.

Ordered three lipsticks and an eyeshadow palette and received the completely wrong order. Emailed customer service who replied back quickly. After two weeks id heard nothing. Had to hassle daily through email/facebook/twitter and eventually got a reply. They did send me my original order but it took about a month in total to get it. Really put me off buying from the site again and now if I want to order Pat McGrath products it will not be directly but through a different retailer.
