Im London based and placed placed 3 orders on the 3, 4th and 5th of December. I have not received any shipment / tracking information . Still waiting and only advised that they are fulfilling high demand and may take 5-7 business days :(

I ordered 2 lipsticks from the sales and it arrived at my doorstep on day 10 which was expected as I am in the UK. It seems like they only took the money out of my account on day 7 when they dispatched my order. Overall good experience for me and will be placing another order this week.

I ordered two matte lipsticks for Black Friday that were about $12 each. The package arrived fast but when I opened it there was only one lipstick that I ordered. I emailed customer service today and am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully everything works out and I get my other lipstick.

I placed an order today, went through successfully and the money is now gone from my bank only now I have received an email telling me they have cancelled my order and to reorder again but I will have to wait for my money to be refunded. Why should I have to reorder when they haven’t refunded me my money from the original purchase? Why should I have to wait when they took the money instantly? Why would I reorder, what if the next order gets cancelled too then I would be down £100 until they have the decency to refund me. Very disappointed and I will not be purchasing anything again.

Products are lovely, if you don't mind waiting for them forever. Customer service is appalling. Last 3 orders: 5 weeks to arrive 3 weeks to arrive 10 days gone and still NOT even posted!!! At the same time, I ordered something else from another USA based company, which arrived in about a week. If you contact customer service, you just get a meaningless sorry. When parcel gets stuck in the system somewhere (before even reaching destination country), they tell the customer to speak/chase courier, they won't do it! Oh and they do take funds from your account when you place the order, not when they ship, so last time I had neither money nor goods for over 5 weeks. I'd give 4 or 5 stars to products, depending on item and zero or max 1 for customer experience and delivery. 3 is generous.

Waiting forever and it's not even shipped yet. CS nearly non existing, zero reply as of yet. Will be disputing this with paypal to get my money back if it's not shipped until the end of this week. EDIT: Parcel took forever but items arrived and are perfect. Taking one star away for the incredibly long wait time and not much communication

Pretty much the same as everyone else is saying... Placed an order on 11 November, no updates... customer service now not replying. Just tried tweeting them to see if that gets some attention.
