My order is lost somewhere in the USA. Have left messages on Instagram, Facebook and repeated emails trying to get refund. Seller is active on Instagram as lots of replies to positive comments sod all to anything else though. Has anyone actually ever got a response? Battling to get sense out of DHL as to where package actually is now and some response from Pat McGrath seems to be a waste of my time. £40 down the plug hole I’m guessing. Lesson learnt. Wait till items pop up on Selfridges

Really bad customer service. I ordered products almost 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them and the tracking number doesn't give much information. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service but never received a response.

Absolutely disgusted my customer services. Ordered twice in November and received an email stating delays as busy on sale overload. Understandable. Then email arrives of dispatched item. Which never showed up. Upon enquiry they said your order cannot be fulfilled as items not in stock. But no response upon refunding for the order. Having to file a claim through PayPal. Fingers crossed.

Half my order was missing. I tried contacting via email several times over a 2 week period but no response. I tried contacting them via social media but again no response....yet they post several promo ads per day & respond to compliments only. From the comments there are many other customers with problematic orders being ignored too. Absolutely disgraceful customer service...I’ve had to raise a claim via PayPal to try get my money back & I will never order from them again. Avoid at all costs!

Placed an order on Cyber Monday for 2 lipsticks. Had an email mid December to say the order was delayed, totally understand because of Covid, US issues, Christmas etc. I've emailed customer service 3 times and no response. This is a supposed luxury brand, but can't possibly be with this service. No products and no chance to request a refund? Awful!

placed two separate orders on cyber monday and i only received one. it is almost 2 months later. i have emailed the company at least 3 times and they never respond. insane to me that this is supposed to be a "luxury" brand sold at sephora and how they are so shady. product is not worth the hype anyway, especially the shadows. never purchasing again. ETA years later, the package never came.

Can u kindly bother to reply i try every possible ways to contact you guys but no answer, its almost 2 months I ordered 3 parcels , the tracking no which was given me showed 4 days back that my all parcels are in Australia and from 2 days it shows that they are still in usa

I love the products and my first two orders were delivered speedily and customer care was extremely helpful in tracking. However, I’ve been waiting nearly two months for my latest order. I’ve contacted customer care twice, but have not received any response. All I want to know is where this order is so I can decide whether or not to request a refund. In all my correspondence, I’ve been polite and expressed understanding for the inevitable delays in getting products shipped from the US in a crisis situation, so I’m very disappointed.
