I have mixed feelings about this company but all and all, I would never purchase directly from their website again. Placed my order on the 15th december and my package arrived yesterday (27th january; 6 weeks plus a day). Trying to make sense of the totally different tracking info per tracking sites, I concluded that my purchase was arrived in europe two weeks after ordering but then stuck for another three weeks: and that is the nlpost (netherlands post) folks. After they released my package, it arrived very quick, one day transit to Hungary and another week here at customs and actual delivery. The items were in perfect shape, actually I was surprised about the condition of the box, it was absolutely intact, even the edges. No VAT, no customs did I have to pay, also fabulous quality make-up. In the meantime (while my package was stuck in Holland) I had contacted the PM site to take a look at my order, but as you can guess - no response. So, my verdict is, plus for product-quality and sturdy packaging, minus for the very long shipping time and non-existent customer care. I have no idea from where I can buy PM in the future, as I am not willing to risk international delivery from the US again.

I ordered an order on 15.12 and today is 29.01 and it has not yet been delivered, it is not tracked and the delivery services also do not know anything about the parcel. pat mcgrath's support service is disgusting! do not answer, or write in templates without delving into the essence of the problem! They do not solve anything, do not help, absolutely everything is exactly for them! terrible site and customer attitude! Order No. GE881505737US

I too would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a lipstick on 1/3/21, it never shipped and I never heard from them. I emailed them and they refunded the order saying they were out of stock BEFORE I purchased the lipstick, they had no intention of refunding or contacting me had I not reached out. When I questioned this, they basically said yes they would have kept the money and never sent the product because their system can not detect this issue. What kind of business can’t detect when they don’t have a product a customer paid for? Please do not give this business your money!!!

Wish I could give zero stars customer service is nonexistent they sent me an order with missing items I’ve reached out to them by email over Instagram and through their website and have not received a single reply back if you want to try items from Pat McGrath order them from Sephora

What's the point of having customer service if they don't actually reply to emails? I ordered some lipsticks early Dec, and not only did they take 1.5 months to arrive (which is just beyond late...), I also suddenly got slapped with a 50% customs charge. I've emailed customer service to try and get this sorted, but as with all the complaints on this page, I've received no reply whatsoever... I used to love this brand, after this experience? Never again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had to wait over 4 weeks for my order where only one out of two lipsticks were fulfilled. I have sent two emails to the company and like many others here, have not received a reply. I regularly purchase her makeup products from Sephora but after this issue I will no longer be a customer

If i could leave zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer to Pat Mcgrath for a long time, and I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. I made my order on 31st December 2020, when a week later the carrier contacted me to pay £17 in customs tax before my order was sent out! now Pat Mcgraths site clearly stated that all customs would be calculated at check out hmmm I had bought my items heavily reduced so coughed up my money in the hope I would receive my items later that week. NOTHING!! I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for my order, 5emails sent with no response, dms sent on Instagram, ignored comments on their posts and Facebook account. Please do not give this company any of your money as they clearly do not appreciate your custom. tut tut
