Purchased lipsticks in October we are at end of January n they still haven’t arrived. I have emailed the company thinking maybe it’s just me but I never even got a response I’m shocked that such high end brand would basically scam people. I don’t even know where to start to get a refund I just wish I googled this before.

worst customer service . Ordered two lipstick and received only one and they charged for two. I send them two emails regarding the missing shipment and no one has replied to my email or credited my account.

I made an order at the beginning of January it took a couple of weeks to arrive but as its coming from the USA I expected a bit of a delay. When the package arrived I found it was missing 1 of the lipsticks. The packing note didn't include it but the confirmation of shipping did. Sent two emails to the customer service address and got no response, there was no refund for the missing item either. In the end I sent a DM to their Instagram page, didn't get a reply for 3 days so commented on one of their post on Instagram asking them to reply to me. Within an hour I was responded to and they were very helpful. Asked for my name and address and sent the lipstick out via FedEx and gave me the tracking details. It was with me within 2 days! I then had a response from the email I had originally sent asking me for my order number so they could refund the lipstick as it was out of stock! I assume they use a fulfilment agency to send orders and things are not going well. It seems contacting the official page on social media gets you in contact with their actual company who care about their customers.

Awful customer service is an understatement. I orde red 3 lipsticks on December 7 and they were not sending an e-mail stating the order was processed. A few days later I send an enquiry and I am replied with an automated email stating orders purchased after December 10 were delayed. Towards December 23 I received an email stating order was shipped and giving me a tracking number. However in January 4, I received two emails stating two items which 'had already been shipped' were refunded because there was no stock. They give me the money for those two items and say nothing about the third. I patiently wait for my third item as their postal tracking alleged the parcel (whatever is in it) as reached Australia and was en route to be delivered on January 14 but nothing is ever delivered. Yes, I have contacted Australia Post and given them the tracking number Pat McGrath provided me and nothing, they can't find that number in their system. I then inquiry Pat McGrath about the status of the third item on January 18 and still to date January 22, I haven't heard from them. If you don't know how to handle and care for customers, don't go into business Pat McGrath.

Colis commandé le 31/12/20 et toujours pas reçu, j ai écrit 2 mails au service clients et aucune reponse. Aucun service clients tout court. C était ma 1ere commande mais ça sera ma dernière. Je commanderai que chez sephora. C est de l arnaque. Pour un site de marque de luxe je reste sans voie et étonné. Je doute que je recevrais mon colis.

I decided to place an order due to the great sale and free delivery to the UK, though I was a bit skeptical about the fact that the website said I wouldn't be charged customs. I'm very glad to say though that I didn't receive any additional charges and my package arrived in a week, which is really quick as it came from the US! I didn't get an answer when I emailed the customer support team asking if I would be charged customs, but that's the only fault I have, it wasn't an issue anyway, and I appreciate that Covid-19 has slowed a lot of services down. Would order again!

I ordered recently from Pat McGrath and then read the reviews here, and decided to order again as a test. First order arrived fast, I was never charged for any additional charges the first time and I have to say, even the second time (even though it was a test, I still wanted to purchase the same set, as who knows when it will be available again!) But really surprised by the reviews. All arrived safely and nicely boxed and also, no additional charges.

Well I ordered and thought because of the bad reviews I would not see my products, or they would be wrong! But they arrived in 5 days to the UK beautifully packaged and all correct. Thank you!
