Guys, literally never never order from Pat McGrath anything! Placed order 2 weeks ago, shipped after 5 days. Arrived and from ordered 4 lipsticks only 2 arrived. And one of the lipsticks has white cast and damaged package. Customer service doesn't reply, i left message on Instagram cause they seem to be active and reply comments so they deleted my comment where i ask solve issue with order!! Just deleted! So they are aware what’s going on but not solving it. There are plenty of good brand that cherish customers. Literally scam! Never gonna spend a penny on this awful brand.

Placed my order on 12/11 and received it on 1/4. I have no problem with that, as I was aware of the delays going on with the holiday and their website also advised of this. My problem was that I received a damaged eyeshadow palette and have had no help from customer service at all. The compartment that holds the eyeshadows is completely detached from the palette itself. I can tell that it was put together poorly as I can see one glob of hot glue. I contacted customer service the same day I received it (1/4) and received an automated response that I would hear back within 48-72 hours. Nothing. I followed up on 1/11 and received the same automated response. Returning the product isn’t even a possibility now, as the refund policy gives 30 days from the purchase date. ALSO, refund policy advises that if a product is damaged that we are to contact Customer Service before returning (which is what I’ve been trying to do). With this long of a waiting time, what is the point of the return policy?! If you’re going to buy, buy from Sephora or another retailer with a much better return policy. The larger discount on the brand’s website is not worth this garbage customer service.

I decided to try Pat McGrath products in the end of November for the cyber Monday. I was super glad to try the lipsticks I choosed but as the days pass it was strange for me that I did not have a tracking link, but I managed to find the tracking ON MY OWN as they did not respond my e-mail (the customer care is ZERO if you are not famous I think). 45 days has passed and none of my emails have been answered, so I decided to contact Global-e, that answered ONLY AFTER I asked for a refund THROUGH PAYPAL! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT AND FINANCE SUCH A SHAMEFUL SERVICE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! In Italy every lipstick cost 39€ and I’d rather give it to an homeless than give it to a big brand with this inaccuracy.

I have placed my order on the 5th of December and it hasn't been dispatched yet! No word from their customer service! Extremely disappointed!

I ordered 3 products, all of them arrived from the us to the uk in under a week in perfect condition! No problems

This will be my first and last time ordering from Pat McGrath Labs unfortunately. I ordered 4 lipsticks FIVE weeks ago and I still haven’t received any information on my shipment. Their site said to expect “slight delays” during promotions and the holidays...5 weeks is way more than a slight delay. I know of people who live in the same city as me who placed orders 10 days after me and have received their items. The company has since has 2 additional big sales since I’ve made my purchase. And every time I reach out to customer service they just send me the same pre-written email. It’s extremely frustrating because when I placed my order at the beginning of December, they guaranteed my purchase would be delivered by the end of the year time as long as I submitted my order before Dec. 13th. I placed my order on December 6th and as of January 12th, my items still have not been shipped. It’s a shame that a luxury brand has such horrible customer service and supply chain management.

Lipsticks arrived fairly fast in the U.K. however with a hefty customs and processing fee. Order stated I would not be responsible for any duties or fees. Needless to say absolutely no response from company to repeated emails. Lipsticks are unremarkable. Last about 5-10 minutes on me. Waste of money

Was concerned after reading reviews regarding long delivery times. I was extremely happy when my cosmetics arrived quickly considering they were posted from USA to Scotland.They were beautiful packaged as well.
