Ordered 2 lipsticks during the Christmas Sales in December.. Never received the order confirmation emails though they have already deducted the money from my bank account.Emailed the customer support, then followed up and still did not receive any responses AT ALL. What a great disappointment..heard some good things about this brand and yet this is what I get!!

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% certain they are the right colour/product - they claim to accept returns but returns cost more than the products! Terrible customer service

I ordered from them during their Black Friday sale and got a email on 12/02 that confirmed that my order will be shipped out and that I will be notified for tracking. It’s now 02/11 and I have not received my order and I have emailed them multiple times over the past 3 months. I’m lucky that my order set me back under $30 but for a company with items costing over $100 they need to get their costumer service and shipping down or else they’re going to lose a lot of consumers.

Out of the three items i ordered, one is missing Not only do they charge my credit card before shipping, but also the shipping takes more than one month and when the order finally arrives, a product is missing! Customer service is nowhere to be found! This is a useless company with useless customer service! Won' t be ordering ever again.

Customer service is deplorable. Ordered my items on 05/01. Track ID showed them to be in Netherlands for weeks. I didn’t make a fuss over it as I understand there have been postal delays during covid-19. My package arrived today (09/02) with only one of my 2 items. An invoice was enclosed for that one item yet shipping information was taped to the box for the two items I had ordered. I emailed customer services to ask if my other item would be sent separately. I received an email to say they can’t fulfill my order for the other item, it was now out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be restocked. They advised they would refund my item and when it comes back into stock I had the option to rebuy it and then email them to let them know I had re-bought it and they would stand by the original price I had paid. So in summary, I waited over a month for my order, only to receive half of it and only when I contacted them about it was I told they couldn’t fulfil my order and were ONLY THEN refunding the cost of the item I didn’t get BUT I could buy it again at full price and email them to tell them I wanted the original price I paid. Such terrible service. They clearly knew when the originally shipped it they couldn’t give me my full order. Its unfortunate because the one item I received is good but I won’t be buying from them again.

Vraiment trop cher pour un service client médiocre et tout sauf pro, même Pat McGrath s'en fou, je lui ai fait plus d'une commentaire et RIEN! C'est bien d'empocher de l'argent et d'être bien cher mais il faut le service client qui va avec ! En plus ça met plus d'un mois pour arriver, j'ai cru que j'avais commander sur Aliexpress et encore, parfois ça vient en 3 semaines. Une marque que je boycotte à présent !

I made a purchase on Dec22nd and received it after one month but 1 lipstick was missing. I tried to contact them several times and no answer, it appears like "partially refund" but I received not refund. Worst customer care ever.

I'm very disappointed with the online shopping service, it is one of the worst ever expected before, I placed the order on 5th December and I received it on January 4th. Furthermore, I ordered 5 items but I just got 1 and still waiting for the money of the for 2 items, none reply my emails either refund the money terrible services
