I ordered 5 items back on December 5, 2020. I still have not received my order, the customer service has not been helpful, the tracking never updated and they shipped my order with RDD instead of DHL as they mentioned when I placed the order. Horrible experience, will not order again

I know many people are having issues with Pat's website - I guess I have been among those few lucky ones who never got an issue with them. Actually, their CS refunded me in a few minutes when the DHL driver stole my parcel and made sure I still received my items. Then once they have also canceled my order letting me not to pay the return delivery fees, and has always been helpful with any questions.

Pongo 1 estrella porque no puedo poner -10 estrellas... hice un pedido va hacer casi 2 meses y no se nada de el. Les escribía correos y lo único que me contestaban era que esperara que se actualizara el pedido y que lo sentían, poco más. Y así durante casi 2 meses...pedi la devolución y en principio me devolverán el importe de lo que compré, porque sinceramente ya no me interesa probar nada de esta marca. Y eso que se supone que es de lujo...no discuto la calidad de sus productos, pero los envíos no corresponden ni a la marca que es, ni mucho menos a los precios...con otras marcas que el costo es la mitad, en 1 semana máximo ya está en casa.. en fin, mi experiencia ha sido mala.

I got a lipstick with a broken mechanism, the stick does not twist out. I wrote to the support service, but no one answers.I have a video of the unpacking and I sent a video of the breakdown to the support service. In December 2020, I waited for the parcel for almost a month and did not receive the order in full, the money was returned, but I had to write a lot of requests to the support service. Now the parcel went for a week, but it's a shame that I received a low-quality product. The store's support service replied that they would send a replacement. The response was received 5 days later. It has been 9 days since the promise, but the lipstick has not been sent. I got a replacement lipstick, I'm very happy, the lipstick is very beautiful.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two items and only one arrived. My shipping confirmation stated both items were sent but my shipping invoice in the box only showed one. Of course the item I received was the $14 one and not the more expensive $78 one. I contacted them several times via email and on Twitter. No response until now. They are saying the item was out of stock when they packed the order. But they didn't notify me, still charged my card for it, and the item was still in stock today. Horrible company. I understand mistakes happen but this seems to be a regular issue for this company. I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing. I'll be surprised if they actually refund me.

The worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I'll never order from them again. I ordered 4 individual eyeshadows from Pat McGrath on the 27/12/2020 and almost two months later I have not received my package. I tracked my order and it cleared customs on the 12/01/2021. I still haven't received it. I messaged Pat McGrath customer service and got a really shady email back stating that I need to contact the courier company that have my package. Pat McGrath customer service said they will contact the company for me and I should receive and email back. I never received any email. I was a regular customer and I was tempted recently to make another purchase from the site but promptly remembered this experience. Won't be getting another penny from me. They're scammers do not order from them.

Heard of the brand for a long time and finally decided to give it a go during the winter sale, sadly it will be the first and last time that I will ever try to have anything to do with the brand. As the title shows, I bought stuff in mid-December but never received them, and somehow the status of my order online is fulfilled. Emailed them in January but haven't gotten any feedback till now, 27€ is not a big number but big enough for me to be disappointed and never come back, and ofc I will try my single best to prevent anybody I know from purchasing anything from PAT.
