1st time shopping from Pat McGrath website and had received my package within week during the spring sale. Everything was beautifully packaged 📦. Had a slight issue with my order and customer service has sorted it straight away. Would purchase from them again. Thank you!

This was my 3rd time shopping from the Pat McGrath site without any issues. I placed my order on April 1st and received an order confirmation within minutes. Received an e-mail that my order had shipped on April 5th. It arrived at my local delivery point today April 20th. Everything was packaged well and nothing was missing from my order. I must say that I got very worried yesterday when I was reading all these negative reviews, despite having had no issues previously at any of my orders. It's sad to see others have not had the same experience. Sure, I wish the entire shipping process went a bit quicker but I can tolerate it since it does ship all the way from the US to Sweden. I also placed a 4th order on April 6th and received shipping confirmation on April 12th, so hopefully, it won't take too much longer to get here.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would!! First order was back in January, I received my order in March after many complaints ! I decided to give them a second chance ordering again beginning of April. After a month my order wasn’t even SHIPPED when they actually claim to ship it in 3-5 days. The only solution I was given was a replacement or a refund. I went for a replacement. HOWEVER!! After a couple days I received an email to inform me that “ a replacement is not possible”. So they give you a choice they can’t even respect. All I have to say is NEVER ORDER FROM PMG WEBSITE !!! All they will deliver is DECEPTION!

My order got to me in the UK within 2 weeks, it took a while to ship due to my order being placed during a sale. Nothing was damaged and customer care were helpful. I cannot fault my experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time I have ordered and once again, poor shipping and service. Ordered 2 weeks ago and items are yet to be shipped. Poor customer support with no response to multiple emails. Save your dollars for other luxe brands which are just as good and usually ship with reputable logistics like DHL. Just crap....

I ordered two of the Pat Mcgrath palettes on the 20th of March. It took a long time to ship, despite the statement on the website that orders are shipped within 2-5 days. When my order arrived it was missing the larger palette so I had to go back to customer services. I am still waiting for it to be shipped and have found the customer services to be really poor especially for a luxury brand. I have had to send almost daily emails to chase up the completion of my order and I don't feel valued as a customer in any way.

I'm not sure how I feel about purchasing from Pat Mcgrath's site. I placed an order on January 29th, the items were shipped on February 13th(which is too long if you ask me!) and alas, they arrived today March 24th! Almost two months later! I was expecting delays since I'm based in Greece but my goodness! I also don't get why they choose to ship using the Netherlands Post which must probably be THE worst postal service in the world and not something like DHL. On the positive side, my order was thankfully complete (no products missing) and the quality is exceptional. Sadly, I don't think I will be purchasing directly from Pat Mcgrath's site ever again.
