Been 2 weeks since i ordered and my order still hasn’t been despatched. They sent me a tracking number saying it had been posted, even though the tracking number clearly shows they’re lying! It says on their website 2/3 days to process international orders, biggest load of bull ive ever read. They said it would be longer during a launch or a promotion, neither were happening when I ordered. Will never order from them again!

Everything was fine the customer service, delivery tracking, delivery time. Everything except the fact that eyeshadow palette cart board packaging was a little bit damaged. Nothing serious, but for me - makeup collectioner and for this price it shouldn’t happened.

Fantastic experience, great products. Very responsive and understanding customer services. They read your messages and reply, unlike robotic responses that is common when shopping from US websites. They deliver my packages within a week from the US to the U.K. and I’ve never been disappointed. Keep doing the good job. A special thank you to Stephanie :)

Made an order on the 25th July 2021, shipped 4th August, still haven't received it as at 29th August. So disappointing from a luxury brand. NO tracking updates for weeks!!. I really wanted to try a product but unfortunately am most likely going to have to ask for a refund as I feel the package will never come now.

Their service is not spectacular but I wouldn’t say its horrible. I would say it’s alright/fine, definitely not perfect. I have placed several orders on the website and I received each one within 3-5 weeks wich quite late compared to other websites. A confirmation email is received right-away once you place an order. Their shipping notification however, timing is different each time. There were orders that shipped within 2-3 days, some within a week, some within 2-3weeks!. You have to be patient most of the time, they blame new launches and sales if your order is late which is weird considering how big this brand is they should be able to handle it. Once it ships, It takes around 5-6 days on average to get to me (DHL). Customer service do respond, they do provide some insight on why the shipping is late but it is not satisfactory sometimes as some responses feel robotic/automated, its really annoying. Products were always received packaged well, no major damage. Im summary, shipping notification I would say is very late compared to other brands, customer service / emailing system needs huge improvement. Products get 5 stars, shipping & customer service get 2 stars. Overall purchasing from the website is okay/fine but its not a 5 star experience.

Appalling delivery and customer service. I’ve ordered from them before twice and got the products within a week. This time, however, it’s well over a week since I spent £200 on the new palette, etc. and haven’t even had a tracking number. When I asked their appalling “customer services” where my goods were, they fobbed me off and said that “delays are to be expected when we launch new products”. Great! So they have no problem taking my money immediately but I have to sit and wait and wait to get the stuff I’ve legally purchased. The lesson is clear: don’t buy when they launch new products! For me, however, I won’t be buying her products ever again. Disgusting contempt for paying customers.

I have ordered off the Pat McGrath website about 8 times since the beginning of the year (I went a little crazy buying makeup in lockdown). Every single time except one, the makeup arrived in less than a week to the UK. The only exception was one order that took about ten days and which Pat McGrath emailed me about in the middle (without me prompting them) saying there was going to be a slight delay which didn’t bother me. I am surprised by the negative reviews on here as I have found the delivery to be fast, efficient and well packaged and their customer service to be amazing.

I’ve ordered three times now on Pat McGrath website. Today, my alarm went off 6am so I can shop the new drop. I was charged TWICE and customer service told me they don’t do refunds and to contact my own bank. I doubt I’ll ever be ordering from this place again. Also, my first two orders still hasn’t arrived and it’s been a month. I just really wanted the new palette and have tried to be patient but it’s been a month since my first two orders and all it says on tracking is “label created” still. I do wish I checked tracking again before re ordering.
